★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatmentnya biasa aja. Pijatan petugasnya gak ok banget.. gak berasa.. cuman seperti dielus saja. Malas ke sini lagi.
 The treatment is normal. The clerk's massage is not really ok ... it doesn't taste ... just like it's stroked. Lazy here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayannya kurang ramah ;( gada snyum2nya. Aku cuman mau konsul dri jam 10 smpe sekarang nih set3 gak dipanggil2. Buang2 waktu. Mohon untuk lebih profesional yaa. Trims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga beres ini pelayanannya ...bs sminggu lbh baru dikirim brg...giliran diminta antar aja pakai gosend spy cepat smp krn bsk mau dibawa ke luar kota,,eh malah tiba2 dikirim via kurir dan ga tau kpn smp nya.. keterlaluan deh pokoknya
This is not right for the service ... it can be sent a week later ... it is a turn to ask to send a quick spy to Gosend as soon as you want to be taken out of town, eh, it was suddenly sent via courier and you don't know about the junior high .. it's too much just the thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer servicenya kurang ramah..ga ad ramah2nya sama sekali..kesannya malh kya dicuekin ..hrusnya lbh dtraining supaya bnyak bicara..kita tnya jawanya cuma sepatah kata...
the customer service is not friendly ... it is not friendly at all ... the impression is that it's neglected ... it should be more dtraining so that we can talk a lot ... we just ask for a word ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utk reservasi di web diminta isi form atau WA ke klinik. Dicoba chat WA, tidak delivered. Isi form di web, dapat balasan email silahkan tunggu konfirmasinya. Ditunggu sampai besok, tidak ada konfirmasi. Akhirnya datang langsung, ternyata diatas jam 6 sore sudah tidak terima pendaftaran untuk perawatan. DI WEBSITENYA, JAM RESERVASI TERAKHIR ITU JAM 7 MALAM LOHHH!
