★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is an official epson printer service center.. for west and north jakarta.. the service is so standard.. its quite take your to so things about 20-120 minutes.. and you have to come back again in two days.. to get the printer back.. even just for resetting..
negotiate with the the technician for a one day service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During Covid-19 epidemic situation, this shop opens at 10 am to 2 pm every Monday~Friday and opens at 10 am to 1 pm on Saturday.
If you want check / fix your Epson printer, you'd better come before 10 am. Otherwise, you may have to wait as there might be others already waiting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to visit here twice now, both times 3 hour wait. Around 10 staff but they close for lunch? Why not take lunch in rotation? While I was waiting, I heard the staff here ALWAYS blame the customer for broken printer, if the customer did not use the printer frequently, that is the reason, because the customer did not use the printer enough so no it’s broke? Apparently Epson printers must be used every day. Crazy right? Another customer said they use their printer daily, the staff here also said that is why the printer is broken, they used it too much! This is very poor managed and a huge liability to the Epson brand. I hope this fix this soon.
