★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomen ni build pc disini..beli sebagian part dari luar pasang disini bisa.tapi kena charge.tapi pelayanan memuaskan..ga ngerti apa2 dijelasin lengkap disini.hasil jadi nanti saya update.
 It's recommended to build a PC here.. buy some parts from outside, install it here, but you get charged. But the service is satisfactory.. I don't know what's fully explained here. The results will be updated later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gw dateng ke sini karena ngeliat review-review lainnya yang keliatannya memberi penilaian bintang 5, kebanyakan komentarin bosnya ganteng atau bikin ngiler atau apa sih, ga ada hubungannya dengan pelayanan.
Customer service yang gw dapet di sini bisa dibilang... kurang memuaskan.
1. Gw ngerasa pelayanan yang gw dapet kurang ramah dan dingin, terkesan sangat cuek.
2. Harga yang dipatok untuk check HDD 150k dong, gw sampe bengong, padahal ngeceknya cuma start windows - task manager - selesai. Sori ga ada bukti bonnya karena uda kesel jadi gw unyel2 trus gw buang.
3. Untuk keperluan backup HDD, gw mau beli flashdisk dari mereka. Nunggu flashdisknya dateng sekitar 40 menitan, dan selama 40 menitan itu gw cuma dicuekin aja gitu. Tadinya gw mau beli SSD dari mereka kalo mereka bisa ngasi info dan ngajarin tentang SSD yang bagus etc, seenggaknya diajak ngobrol atau coba upsell, atau sekedar melayani customer.
Dari segi harga: mahal. Dari segi pelayanan: kacang mahal. Dari segi kecepatan: lelet. Dari segi pembayaran: cuma bisa m-banking atau cash.
Sekedar sharing, semoga bisa lebih baik kedepannya.
I came here because I saw other reviews that seemed to give a 5 star rating, most of the comments that the boss was handsome or made me drool or whatever, had nothing to do with service.
The customer service that I get here can be said to be... unsatisfactory.
1. I feel that the service I get is not friendly and cold, it seems very indifferent.
2. The price is set to check HDD 150k, I'm stunned, even though I only checked Windows start - task manager - finished. I'm sorry there is no proof of the receipt because I was already annoyed so I laughed and then threw it away.
3. For HDD backup purposes, I want to buy a flash drive from them. Waiting for the flash drive to arrive for about 40 minutes, and for those 40 minutes I just ignored it. At first I wanted to buy an SSD from them if they could provide information and teach me about a good SSD etc, at least talk to them or try to upsell, or just serve customers.
In terms of price: expensive. Service wise: nuts are expensive. In terms of speed: slow. In terms of payment: only m-banking or cash.
Just sharing, hopefully it can be better in the future.

Baru hr ni mau ngasih review. Hehe.
Secara harga tonix hargana bersaing, dibilang murah ga juga, kecuali ad promo, murah bingit. Dibilang mahal ga juga.
Yang paSti selama belanja disini aman deh.. barang garanai resmi smua. Ada masalah apapun dibantu utk proses rma nya. dan ga kena biaya apapun klo kt belinya di tonix smua. So menurut saya ga mahal.. ada yang jual murah tp ada apa2 disuru urus sendiri(pengalaman di toko sebelah)..
Overall pengerjaan rapi + cepat (pas brg sudah ready smua)

Just today I want to give a review. Haha.
In terms of the price, the tonix is competitive, it's cheap or not, unless there's a promo, it's cheap. It's not expensive either.
What is certain is that as long as you shop here, it's safe... all official goods. There are any problems, help for the RMA process. and it doesn't cost anything if you buy it at all tonix. So I don't think it's expensive.. there are those who sell cheap, but there are things that they have to take care of themselves (experience at the shop next door)..
Overall the work is neat + fast (when everything is ready)

My experience here its beyond my expectation. My pc running great and doesn't cost me a fortune.
My pc specs are i7 9700k. Rtx 2070 extreme. Asus rampage mobo. And etc. My budget was 40 million rupiah. But I only spend 30 million. Save me 10 million. What an awesome deal.
