Jadi aku dateng ke tempat ini sm temenku buat benerin 2 printer. Pas sampe sini, kita dilayani sm karyawan mas2 pake kacamata sm beberapa karwayan cewe2 ada bbrp. Printku ditinggal karena harus di cek terlebih dahulu. Yaudah ditinggal tu printer. KITA SAMA SEKALI GA DIKASIH NOTA/TANDA TERIMA SAMA SEKALI. Kita cuma dikasih nomer masnya aja buat ngehubungin nantinya. Besoknya kita ke tempat itu lagi, ketemu mas2 kacamata tadi. Katanya printerku blm bener. Masnya lupa buat benerin yg punyaku itu. Okelah. Besoknya di chat lah tu sm masnya, kl sudh bisa diambil. Sore kita ke tempat. Sampai di tempat, kita dilayani sm bapak2. Ditanyain nama sm seri printer. Kebetulan saya lupa seri printer saya tp intinya kerusakannya di cartridge dan totalnya 170. Nah trs dimintain notanya mana. Lah saya dari awal kesini bolak balik GA DIKASIH NOTA SAMA SEKALI. Tp si bapak2 ini marah2 ke saya katanya "HARUSNYA MBAKNYA KALO KESINI MINTA NOTA BLABLABLA" intinya saya dimarahin. Pas saya bilang "Itukan harusnya dari toko yang ngasih nota ke customer, kenapa jadi kami yg disalahkan?" bapak itu tetep kekeh intinya menyalahkan kami customer karena tidak minta nota. Karena bapak ini tetap menyalahkan kami dan printer saya blm boleh diambil, saya mulai ikut marah. Kenapa harus customer yg dimarahin? Itukan kesalahan dari karyawan kalian?! BARU KALI INI ADA CUSTOMER DATENG BAIK2 DIMARAH2IN. Pas udh telpon karyawan mas2 kacamata, dan masnya bilang iya ga kasih nota baru boleh kami ambil printer kita. Lagian situ punya cctv. Dipake lah. SITU KIRA KITA MALING APA GIMANA? Saya juga bayarrrrrr. Mana GA ADA MINTA MAAF SAMA SEKALI.

BAD TERRRRR SERVICE.
So I came to this place sm my friend to clean 2 printers. When I arrived here, we were served by all the employees, wearing glasses and some karwayan girls. My print was left because I had to check first. Already left the printer. WE ARE THE SAME ON THE GOVERNMENT OF NOTICES / SIGNATURES, THE SAME THANK YOU. We will only be given the mas number to contact later. The next day we go to that place again, see the glasses mas2 earlier. They say my printer isn't right. The brother forgot to correct my one. Okay. The next day in the chat, it's all the same, you can already take it. We're in the afternoon. When we arrived, we were served by all of us. Asked the name of the SM series printer. Incidentally, I forgot my printer series but basically the damage was in the cartridge and the total was 170. So, where's the paper going? I was here from the beginning back and forth, GA LOVED THE SAME MEMORIES. But this gentlemen got angry at me saying "I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASKED HERE TO ASK BLABLABLA NOTES" basically I was scolded. When I said "That should be from the store that gave the customer a receipt, why are we the one being blamed?" the father still kept essentially blaming us customers for not asking for memorandum. Because this man continued to blame us and my printer could not be taken, I began to get angry. Why does the customer have to be scolded? Is it the fault of your employees ?! NEW THIS TIME THERE WAS A CUSTOMER DATENG BAIK2 DIMARAH2IN. When I called the glasses mas2 employees, and the mas said yes, we didn't give a new note, we could take our printer. Besides there have cctv. Use it. SITU WHEN WE MALING WHAT IS GIMANA? I also payrrrrr. Where does GA ASK FOR SORRY AT ALL.
