★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried to use the consular services the last few months and would have to say they are a disgrace. when an Australian passport holder wants to visit the embassy to drop documents or pickup documents to be told you have to make appointment and have to wait two to three days it is pathetic. Need to look at who your customers are and what service standards are, whenever you finally get there there is no one around, suggesting that they have nothing to do all day. i have had occasions to use other countries embassies, and Australians should be rightly embarrassed by the service standards, as most are able to handle a lot large numbers of inquiries, and don't have such luxury grounds and offices or the need to make special requests to visit the special workers located inside.

This is an embassy building with high security and restriction.
Visitors used to come to the consulate section to gain an Australian visa, but now the visa services handled by the VPS company in Kuningan City Mall.
I do visit this Embassy many times for so many purposes. First of all when the building is just finished and one of the contractors asked my services for taking pictures of the facilities and functions rooms around the embassy area.
Then I cooperated as a photographer for the Austrade Office one of the business sections in that embassy.
Last but not least I have been asked to take the profile pictures of the Excellency Ambassador of Australia for Indonesia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building and services. I don't get it when people are complaining about security system. Security system is made to protect Australians, local staff and also embassy's guests.
Please do search the internet before going to the embassy to arrange your visa because visa is administered by VFS located at Kuningan City Mall and make sure you have an online appointment first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there 3 days ago to organize some documents ? Australian Embassy has high maximum security whereas they will make sure that you had an appointment in advance. The security guards will check your identity card or passport to make sure that you're has been listed. Security standard operasional is great and nice security guards who can assist you to get inside and put you to the right direction ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They kept their concierge in a shark tank - absolute clown. I called them prior a visit but wasn't answered. The website is has nothing useful apart from contact details. I came for a visit today and turns out I need an appointment. Their security is a bit of a dirtbag. Far out, this is not an embassy it's a fairy tank with little soft fairies living in there. The world out there is too harsh for them.
