★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have safe delivery for my baby in OMNI Pekayon. The doctor was great. The service was excellent, everything is notified and informed.
There were room packages for delivery. They ain't cheap, but the services are worth for every money you spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved an antigen rapid test here, was told that the service will be held at 7 AM - 9 AM. Came at 7 and was told to wait at the poliklinik but NO WORKER is there. The workers just came at 8.35 AM. The results are on H+1 on 7 PM - 8 PM when other place can give it at the same day. When I came to get the result i thought it would be ready by the time i arrived because well, it's H+1. But I was purposely arrived on 7.45 PM coz yesterday's experience with this hospital. Now it's 8.26 PM and I havent got my result yet. Your decision to test here or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pretty satisfied with the service of this hospital. All of my three children got treated here but today I called and the receptionist sounds super rude, she even talked with other person saying something un-appropriate while on the phone with me.
I asked for the doctor's rate, I usually got the answer right away but she lead my phone call to the cashier instead and I had to wait for 3 minutes with no one picking up.
Nice job omni, for making me taking my kid somewhere else than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been 2 times hospitalized here, they have professional doctors, nurses and staffs ?? the building is still brand new and quite near from my house so it’s really an advantage. Many many times conduct swab test here, the result is fast & accurate. The only missing thing is still no restaurant/canteen/cafe and the basement parking is still untidy. But overall is good, will definitely always be a go-to-place when need medical assistance ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitalized here 2-3 times. All nurse is really nice. Very caring. Administrative staff is helpful even though the processing speed can be better. Price is expensive but I think it's worth the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. I was hospitalized here for 8 days and on my last day when I asked for the bill, the hospital messed up the total amount of medicine that they gave me and the total price of my stay was much higher than it was supposed to be. The nurses did not want to re evaluate the calculations so I had to count the amount of medicine they gave and calculate the total price myself. The cashier works very slowly; I had to wait 3 hrs for them to recalculate the receipt. Tardy service and ignorant nurses. period.
