★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process for Rapid Swab test is not clearly explained or displayed. I came around 10am waiting outside of Emergency Entrance and still waiting until 2pm in front of Swab Room. The 2 nurses went on break together and no sign at all of the break time is. They should have take turn to anticipate the queueing of patient later and avoid crowds in the waiting area...not to forget we want to keep the distance too. I even didnt take my breakfast to rush here. Hospital should display the flow of the process escpecially for swab test patients.
Probably going to the regular clinic is faster and not complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service for appointment is terriblely bad. Their official Whatsapp keep asking me to choose which eka hospital i refer, which i already had. Making appointment in this hospital is super hard because of that system. The rest is ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost 4 hours to check in on June 1st, 2021 and another almost 7 hours to check out on June 5th, 2021, the insurance administration process was very slow and the nurses and security were not friendly at all. The hospital services were awful. Too bad, since the building itself looks new but the services and staff very slow and not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited about an hour to get checked by ENT sp. The administration was slow but not as bad as I read from the reviews. I also wonder why since my mom was the only patient admitted on the system. If it could've been faster. But the doc was friendly and informative.
