★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walaupun klinik ini merupakan PPK 1 (Pemberi Pelayanan Tingkat 1) nya RS. TNI AL Mintohardjo, tapi tidak hanya menangani TNI/PNS saja.. tapi juga BPJS mandiri dan pasien umum non-BPJS ?
 Even though this clinic is PPK 1 (Level 1 Service Provider), it is a hospital. Navy AL Mintohardjo, but not only handling TNI / PNS ... but also independent BPJS and non-BPJS public patients ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walo udh new normal, klinik giginya msh tutup, gak, sih? Sy ?; gak prnh ada yg ngangkat. Kshn, lah, sm pr pasien yg sakit gigi & make KIS/BPJS kshtn, trmsk sy. ?
Even though it's normal, the dental clinic is still closed, isn't it? Sy ?; nobody has lifted it yet. Kshn, lah, for those who suffer from toothache & make KIS / BPJS kshtn, thank you. ?

Sy nunggu surat rujukan doang sampai satu jam. Pake alasan, 'perasaan udah di panggil deh tadi'. Kalau udah di panggil, sy kenapa masih stay disana terus. Orang sy perhatikan ibu nya terus utk siapa yg selanjutnya di panggil
Nyata nya karyawan yg laki di ruang pendaftaran. Tidak kasih tau ke ibu yg kacamata (yg biasa panggil pasien) kalau surat rujukan sudah jadi.
Apa harus saya sendiri yg masuk ke ruang pendaftaran? Dan acak" arsip dokumen disana?? Ga kaaan . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk sekedar informasi.. Poli gigi buat klinik ini sudah buka, hanya untuk konsultasi dan cek kondisi gigi.. Tapi sangat di sayangkan untuk pencabutan gigi di saat sekarang ini harus melalui rapid test dulu padahal tujuan kesana saya cabut gigi ??.. Terimakasih.. ???
