Dokternya sih baik,pelayanannya yg kurang. Masih ada yg mau ditanyakan tp dah disrh udahan. Mungkin krn rame, jd cm blh konsul bentar aj..pdhal konsul anak bayi 4bln. Jd lom puas deh dengan hasilnya

Dr Maria Dwikarya spesialis kulit dan kelamin... Antrian dan penanganan lamaaaa...gtau hasilnya bagus ap ga....? Antrian dr jam 19.00wib setelah buka puasa hingga jam 22.30 belum di panggil....ternyata NOMOR URUR TIDAK BERLAKU...di tanyakan langsung kepada suster hijab.? No brpa ya Bu..? Jawab y...? Jangan sebutin nomor ya...DI BULAN PUASA masih aja BOHONG...no loket tertera no 7..dari 15 antrian.berobat bayar tanpa BPJS masih di persulit.

Ga lagi lagi deh ke dokter ini Katanya meriksa 1 pasien lama banget, jdi sya pikir dokternya bagus, detail dan teliti. Tp nyatanya saya dicek rasanya ga sampe 10menit kelar. Bahkan hanya ditnya2, dilihat2 dan tiba2 diresepin obat. Dokter ga memberitahukan penyebab sakitnya apa jika tdk ditanya. Setelah ditnya pun hnya menjawab digigit serangga dengan ogah2an dan juteknya, tanpa menjelaskan lebih lanjut kemungkinan serangga apa yg mengigit saya, ataupun tdk memberikan arahan dan nasihat utk selanjutnya bagaimana mencegah serangga2 tsb kembali menggigit. Dokter lebih menjelaskan tentang menangani luka yg sdh ada. Dokter berbicara dan menjelaskan sangat cepat, dikira saya komputer yg bisa merekam seluruh pembicaraan yg ada. Lalu tiba2 "ditawarkan" produk dokter yg nonessential utk saya gunakan krn sebenarnya saya sudah punya dlm kemasan dan merk yg berbeda padahal dokternya sudah tahu juga sya memiliki produk dgn fungsi serupa tsb. Juga "ditawarkan" produk nonessential lainnya yg belum perlu saya gunakan. Mengapa saya tulis "ditawarkan" dgn tanda kutip? Karena caranya bukan menawarkan dgn bertanya atau memberikan pertimbangan kpd saya tapi seperti SALES KARTU KREDIT yang biasanya menawarkan produk melalui telepon, yang menjelaskan A B C, lalu tiba2 mau membuatkan dan mengirimkan kartu kredit yang seolah2 calon konsumen telah setuju untuk membuat kartu kredit tsb. Setelah sang dokter merasa selesai memeriksa saya, saya ditinggalkan begitu saja dengan asistennya yg dari awal juga kurang lebih sama juteknya dan seperti ogah2an menangani saya juga, beserta 3 produk dokter tsb. Saya merasa seperti tidak diberikan kesempatan utk bertanya lebih lanjut krn dokter pergi begitu saja seperti terburu2 dan secara tidak langsung saya seperti telah menyetujui membeli 3 produk tsb, yg akhirnya sya membayar 150rb utk ketiganya. Dimana 2 dari produk tsb belum saya gunakan sama sekali krn pd kasus saya seharusnya tdk perlu menggunakannya. Karena produk dokter tdk ada struk/bon nya, saya jadi tidak tahu berapa masing2 harga produk tsb. Mengapa saya tdk bertanya? Kembali lagi, krn sy merasa tdk diberikan kesempatan brtanya, dokter terburu2, dan kejadian sangat cepat (seperti dihipnotis saja....) Keluar dari ruangan dokter sya membayar lagi sekitar 250rb di loket apotik utk membayar jasa "dokter spesialis" dan obat racik yg diresepkan. Sehingga total yg saya bayarkan adalah sekitar 400rb. Yang menurut saya seharusnya bisa ditekan dgn tdk membeli 2 dari 3 produk dokter tadi. Kesimpulannya dan saran: - dokter tdk friendly dan saya merasa dirugikan - saya merasa dokter mencari uang tambahan dgn menjual produk yg nonessential kpd saya dalam kasus sakit saya - tidak detail dalam menjelaskan prtanyaan saya - Jutek dan ogah2an dalam menangani saya - Tetap bertanyalah dgn tegas apabila dokter seperti tdk mau menangani pasien, karena pasien memiliki hak tsb. - Berhati2 ketika "ditawarkan" produk2 dokter. Tanya 1 per 1 secara detail fungsi dan kegunaan produk tsb. Tolaklah dengan tegas jika dirasa produk tsb nonessential atau bisa dibeli dikemudian hari jika dirasa telah membutuhkan. - Sebisa mungkin ajaklah kerabat Anda, ayah/ibu/sodara/teman ketika mau ke dokter, krn kita tdk tahu kpn dokter akan melancarkan serangan "tawaran produk" yg nonessential. Mintalah kerabat Anda utk membantu mengingatkan Anda apabila Anda dirasa telah termakan omongan dokter akan "tawaran produk". Tanyalah apakah produk tsb penting utk dibeli atau tidak, bolehkah utk tdk dibeli di dokter tsb dan membeli ditempat lain atau tidak. - Jangan pernah sungkan atau malu bertanya pd dokter meskipun terpaut umur yg berbeda jauh. - Jangan risih utk menolak "tawaran produk" dokter yg nonessential. Sekian review saya ini. Semoga bisa membatu calon pasien lainnya dalam memilih dokter kulit. ? Semua review detail diatas merupakan personal opinion dari saya yang sudah menggunakan jasa dokter ini. No more going to see this doctor He said examining 1 patient for a long time, so I thought the doctor was good, detailed and thorough. But in fact I checked it feels like not 10 minutes finished. In fact only ditnya2, seen2 and suddenly prescribed drugs. The doctor did not tell the cause of the pain if not asked. After ditnya he just answered bitten by insects with reluctance and juteknya, without further explaining the possibility of what insects are biting me, or not provide direction and advice for further how to prevent these insects from biting again. Doctors explain more about dealing with wounds that already exist. The doctor spoke and explained very quickly, I thought a computer that could record all the conversation there was. Then suddenly "offered" nonessential doctor products for me to use because actually I already have in different packaging and brands even though the doctor already knew I also had a product with a similar function. Also "offered" other nonessential products that I don't need to use yet. Why did I write "offered" in quotes? Because the way is not offering by asking or giving consideration to me but like CREDIT CARD SALES that usually offers products over the telephone, which explains A B C, then suddenly wants to make and send a credit card that as if potential customers have agreed to make the credit card. After the doctor felt finished examining me, I was left just like that with his assistant who from the beginning was also more or less the same jutek and as unwilling to handle me too, along with the three doctor's products. I feel like I was not given the opportunity to ask further questions because the doctor just left like in a hurry and indirectly like I had agreed to buy the three products they will, which finally I paid 150 thousand for all three. Where 2 of those products I haven't used at all because in my case I shouldn't need to use them. Because the doctor's product has no receipt, I don't know how much each of the products will cost. Why am I not asking? Back again, because I don't feel given the opportunity, the doctor is in a hurry, and the incident is very fast (like being hypnotized ...) Out of the room my doctor pays again around 250 thousand at the pharmacy counter to pay for the services of "specialist doctors" and prescribed racic drugs. So the total that I paid was around 400 thousand. Which in my opinion should be suppressed by not buying 2 of the 3 doctor's products earlier. Conclusions and suggestions: - the doctor is unfriendly and I feel wronged - I feel that the doctor is looking for extra money by selling nonessential products to me in the case of my illness - no detail in explaining my question - Jutek and unwilling in handling me - Keep asking sternly if the doctor does not want to treat the patient, because the patient has the right they will be. Be cautious when "offered" doctor's products. Ask 1 by 1 in detail the functions and uses of the product. Decline firmly if you think the product is nonessential or can be purchased in the future if you feel you need it. - As much as possible invite your relatives, father / mother / sodara / friends when you want to see a doctor, because we do not know because the doctor will launch a "product offer" attack that is nonessential. Ask your relatives to help remind you if you feel you have been consumed by what the doctor said about the "product offer". Ask whether the product is important to buy or not, may it not be purchased at the doctor and buy elsewhere. - Never be shy or ashamed to ask the doctor even if it is a far different age adrift. - Don't be bothered to reject a nonessential doctor's "product offer". Resepsionis gk ramah! Ditanya malah jwb β€œkan sy sdh bilang bu hari selasa kamis sore” Dokter nya jg galak! Kurang ramah! Gk bisa banyak nanya.

Setelah beberapa kali ke dokter kulit eksim saya tidak sembuh, saya coba ke dokter ini. Antriannya banyak dan dia memeriksa per pasiennya memang agak lama tapi saya puas dengan hasilnya. Ramah dan juga detail. Sudah lebih baik akhirnya.
