★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter anak mulai dr kakak sampai adik. Berasa kuliah, dijelasin detail dari a sampai z jadi ngerti gak ngasal. Berapa kali dokter edi nyelametin anak2 dr diagnosa dokter lain yg kurang tepat. Dokter edi bikin tenang klo anak sakit, kadang kesini cuman buat ditenangin, sayang cuman terima pasien anak2.
 Pediatricians from brother to sister. Feeling college, details are explained from a to z, so you don't understand. How many times have doctors reviewed children from other doctors' diagnoses that are inappropriate. Doctor Edi makes it calm if the child is sick, sometimes it's only here to be calmed down, unfortunately just accept the child patients.

Mungkin saya yg berekspektasi lebih dan terlalu berharap dr edi akan tau permasalahan kenapa bb anak saya stagnan sudah hampir 6bulan.. tp katanya wajar nanti jg naik.. ? tp untuk berobat memang anak saya ga dikasih obat apa2 karena alergi (untuk yg ini saya dukung dokter yg ga ngasih obat kalau memang tdk perlu obat)

Maybe I expect more and too hope that Dr Edi will know the problem why my son's BB has been stagnating for almost 6 months ... but he said it is natural that it will also rise ... ? but for treatment my child is not given any medication because of allergies (for this one I support doctor who doesn't give medicine if he doesn't need medicine)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter anak terbaik yang pernah saya temui. Tidak mudah memberi resep obat jika memang tidak diperlukan untuk kesembuhan anak. Selalu memberi pengetahuan panjang lebar mengenai kondisi penyakit anak. Pulang dari dr.Edi Tehuteru selalu dapat pemahaman baru. Saran saya jika akan konsul ke dr.Edi, lakukan pendaftaran via wa untuk dapat nomor antrian. Saat konsul tanyakan hal-hal yang masih mengganjal agar tercerahkan, beliau tidak pelit berbagi pengetahuan.
The best pediatrician I have ever met. It is not easy to prescribe medication if it is not necessary for the child's recovery. Always provide extensive knowledge about the condition of childhood illnesses. Returning from Dr.Edi Tehuteru always get a new understanding. My advice if you will consult with Dr.Edi, do registration via wa to get a queue number. When the consul asked questions that were still propped up to be enlightened, he was not stingy about sharing knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter yang sangat informatif, pro asi, ga komersil obat, dan ga nakut2in. anak pertama kesini saat usia 6 bulan lebih seminggu. Dikasih tau step pengenalan MPASi (no blender, dan step by step bgt biar anak ga kaget). Alhamdulillah sekarang usia 17bulan, anak makannya lahap terus, ga pernah GTM (cuma picky aja pas tumbuh gigi), dan dari usia 1 tahun, anak udh bisa makan nasi dan lauk pauk rumahan, doyan sayur & Buah.
Sekarang anak kedua jg ke Dokter Edi. Makasih banyak yaa Dokter, semoga Dokter sekeluarga selalu sehat dan berkah ?
A doctor who is very informative, proactive, not a commercial drug, and not frightened. the first child comes here at the age of 6 months over a week. Was told to know the step of introducing MPASi (no blender, and step by step so that children are not surprised). Alhamdulillah, now 17 months old, children eat it continuously, never GTM (just picky just when teething), and from the age of 1 year, children can already eat rice and side dishes at home, fond of vegetables & fruits.
Now the second child also goes to Doctor Edi. Thank you very much Doctor, I hope that my family and doctors are always healthy and blessed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke dokter Edi refrensi dari teman, karena anak sering muntah. Perjalanan dari rumah 1.5 jam, tapi pelayanannya diluar ekspektasi.
1. Selama konsultasi, saat kami orang tua menjelaskan kondisi anak. Dokter selalu memotong dengan pendapatnya. Tidak 1-2 kali, tetapi hampir setiap kami menjelaskan, selalu di potong tanpa mendengarkan kondisi anak sampai selesai.
2. Dokter sama sekali tidak mau menyentuh atau mengecek kondisi anak, hanya melihat visual dari kursinya dan buku pertumbuhan. bahkan kami minta mengukur tinggi anak utk melihat pertumbuhannya pun diabaikan.
3. Dokter menyarankan utk mengganti menu Mpasi dengan buah2an, lalu istri saya menanyakan kira2 bagaimana saran kalau anak menolak sendok. dan jawaban dokter "Yah saya tidak tau. Ibu coba pikirkan saja caranya." (lalu untuk apa kami konsultasi dengan ahlinya kalau begitu? Kalaupun memang tidak tau caranya, mungkin jawaban bisa lebih baik daripada "Tidak tau, ibu pikirkan saja caranya")
Apakah karena kami tidak konsultasi anak sejak lahir di sini, sehingga menurut kami pelayanannya tidak sesuai ekspektasi kata2 orang?
Semoga bisa lebih baik, tapi itu akan menjadi terakhir kali kami kesana.

1. During the consultation, when we parents explain the child's condition. Doctors always interrupt with his opinion. Not 1-2 times, but almost every time we explain, it's always cut without listening to the child's condition until it's finished.
2. The doctor does not want to touch or check the child's condition at all, only looking at the visuals of the chair and the growth book. we even asked to measure the height of the child to see if his growth was neglected.
3. The doctor suggested replacing the Mpasi menu with fruit, then my wife asked me about suggestions if the child refused a spoon. and the doctor's answer "Well, I don't know. Mom, just try to think about how." (Then why do we consult with the experts then? Even if we don't know how, maybe the answer could be better than "Don't know, I just think about how")
Is it because we don't consult children since they were born here, so we think the service doesn't match what people say?
Hope it will be better, but that will be the last time we are there.
