The staff is annoying, not informative, on the first phone call, you can call once again and immediately deactivate the phone. Critical!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seneng kalau ke dpmptsp bekasi bagian pelayanan atau pun bukan pada ramah semua, mengarahkan juga, dan biasanya kebanyakan petugas melihat orang dari penampilan nya tapi disini tidak semua sama dan tetap d prioritaskan good job♥️
Happy to go to dpmptsp Bekasi service department or not all friendly, direct too, and usually most officers see people from their appearance but here not all are the same and good jobs are still prioritized ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking can be a nightmare if you come here at the wrong time. They operate mostly the same way as many government offices operates, slow at times and can frustrate you in some ways. If you are lucky, you can catch a show where the customer service personnel have their patience tested by a low-class, uneducated thug or newly-rich "entrepreneurs" getting angry for not being able to upload their own data to the newly introduced DIY digital system. "I demand to speak to your superior!" is what I heard, and "Do you know who I am?" was also said. Such fun. I really feel bad for the workers here. Either government or private, we all work to earn a living by serving others. And to a certain level, I do, admire the courage of the employees here.
