★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guards were very helpfull..they told me what to do n said sorry about asking my religion. The informan man was okay..he talked fast n clearly. The woman behind the glass shield was careless..i gave her my copied ID but she lost it. Fortunately, i had the spare, so when she asked bout the other copy..she got it. However..she needs to b carefull. How if I didnt bring the spare? I needed to go to photocopy shop at the back of the office. It will take time n money.
For suggestion:
I think u need to make a written info, that for a certain document you are going to have them made, u need to be ready for copies of documents needed...materai..and paper organiser (stop map) because there arent any shop inside..u have to walk to the back of the office. It's quite far though.
So, before a person see the woman behind glass shield, He or she was ready.
