★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati" tukar uang disini karena dapat dikasih pecahan uang lama. Minggu lalu saya baru tukar uang 20 SGD tidak banyak memang karena hanya utk transit sebentar di Sing. Karena tidak kenal pecahan SGD baru atau lama saya langsung terima begitu saja.
Ketika sampai di Changi, ingin membeli makan siang uang sy ditolak karena sudah tidak berlaku.
Waktu kembali Jakarta, saya kembali ke Citra Valasindo utk jual SGD ini. Namun pemilik menolak menerima dengan nilai jual yg sama, padahal waktu beli dikasih kurs terupdate, dan orang toko tidak mengakui telah menjual uang tersebut kepada saya.
Diajak cek CCTV bersama katanya harus besok, deal cek besok mereka ubah lagi jawabannya menjadi tidak mau dengan alasan harus tunggu orang pusat.
Sayang sekali gedung yg sudah terkenal sebagai tempat penukaran mata uang asing, ternyata berisi toko yg mencari keuntungan dari uang lama & merugikan customer.

Invited to check CCTV together he said it must be tomorrow, the deal checks tomorrow they change the answer again to refuse to reason with having to wait for a central person.
Too bad the building which is already well-known as a place to exchange foreign currencies, turned out to contain shops looking for profits from old money and harming customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teleponnya gak pernah diangkat. Terakhir kali diangkat, yg angkat cewek. Tidak informatif. Saya cuma tanya rate Yen mau sekalian beli, dijawab gak ada, tapi jawabnya kayak lagi beli sayur di pasar. Saya hendak beli, bukan meminta sumbangan. Saya kira karyawan perusahaan money changer (menangani uang internasional) harus nya tau tata cara berbicara yang sopan dalam menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan. Mohon pimpinan perusahaan mentraining karyawannya dalam hal pelayanan pelanggan. Terimakasih.
The phone was never picked up. The last time it was appointed, the one who adopted the girl. Not informative. I just asked the Yen rate if you want to buy it all, the answer is no, but the answer is like buying vegetables at the market. I want to buy, not asking for donations. I think the employees of a money changer company (handling international money) should know how to speak politely in answering customer questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat - sangatttt mengecewakan beli valas disini, kurs rate dibilang bagus, yah kenyataan sama saja dengan toko sebelah, hanya ini letak memang paling depan. Pelayanannya sangat - sangat tidak ramah, padahal beli valas dalam jumlah yang lumayan besar. Pembeli 'diomelin' hanya karena dibilang tidak jelas mau pecahan berapa, padahal ditanya pun belum mau pecahan berapa, main dikasi saja pecahan besar2. Untuk pecahan besar2 agak susah belanja di luar negeri, yah seperti kita saja, beli bakso 10.000, bayar pake 100.000 kan ditolak abang bakso (ini kasus bon 1), nah kasus bon 2, saya sudah info dulu mau pecahan sekian dan sudah ditulis di bon nya, namun saat keluar valasnya, kembali lagi dikasinya pecahan gede2, padahal sebelumnya deal dibilang ada pecahan kecil. Yah pokoknya kecewa berat dan tidak akan balik kesini lagi yang pastinya, dan ini review saya pertama kali, biar pembaca lain juga tau.
