★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk,pasien belum selesai nyampaikan keluhan sakitnya,dy udh buru2 ambil obat dan g d periks sama sekali,parahnya pintu g ditutup privasi pasien g di jaga.kesannya dia dokter jualan obat.saran saya mending buka apotik aja kl cm mau ngasi obat.alhasil obat yg dia kasi salah bahkan fatal,obat yg dia kasi g boleh di minum penderita asam lambung yaitu ibuprofen.alhasil malah tambah parah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya hampir selalu berobat kesini ketika sakit karena selain dekat dengan rumah juga harganya terbilang tidak mahal. Disamping itu saya juga merasa cocok dengan beliau yang ramah dan obat yang diberikan cocok sehingga cepat sembuh.
Mengenai jam praktek dibagi menjadi dua waktu yaitu:
1. Pagi. Biasanya saya kalau periksa sekitar jam set enam atau jam enam sudah bisa antri, tanpa mengambil nomor antrian jadi di ingat-ingat saja siapa yang datang terlebih dahulu, ketika datang langsung cuci tangan dan mengantri.
2. Sore. Biasanya datang jam lima sore sudah ramai, ketika datang langsung cuci tangan dan mengantri didalam atau diluar ruangan. Didalam ruangan ada mbaknya yang bertugas mengecek tekanan darah dan memberikan rekam medis beserta nomer urut.
Parkiran di Dokter Cahya Purnama ini hanya cukup untuk motor saja, parkir mobil agak susah karena jalannya sempit.

Parking at Doctor Cahya Purnama is only enough for motorbikes, car parking is a bit difficult because the road is narrow.
