★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang memuaskan. Ada nomer antrian, tapi orang-orang langsung nyerobot masuk ke ruangan, dan dilayani di ruangan tsb. Kan ga paham jadinya.
Mohon kualitas pelayanan semakin ditingkatkan lagi, dan budayakan tertib.
 Less satisfactory. There is a queue number, but people immediately barge into the room, and are served in that room. I don't understand what happened.
Please improve the quality of service, and cultivate orderly.

Saran saya untuk pengiriman file Pdf nya langsung di aplikasi, karena lawat email gk masuk masuk..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekitar 2 Minggu lalu aku datang ke pegadaian UPC Ranca Belut dikatakan nama yg terdaftar di Disdukcapil adalah Fransiska Feronica bukan nama sesuai ID E-KTP aku. Lalu aku diminta untuk datang ke Disdukcapil KBB. Pertanyaannya adalah ; mengapa hal tersebut bisa terjadi, hal ini mengakibatkan kekacauan dalam mengurus segala hal mulai dari komunikasi aku dengan orang lain / orang yg seharusnya terhubung dengan aku. Aku sekarang tinggal sesuai ID di E-KTP. Foto diri dan lokasi sekitar diambil sesuai keadaan sekarang pada September tahun 2021. Foto diambil menggunakan kamera hp milik aku pribadi. Secepatnya diatasi karena nama aku sudah tercantum di Disdukcapil KBB.
About 2 weeks ago I came to the UPC Ranca Belut pawnshop and it said the name registered with the Disdukcapil was Fransiska Feronica, not the name according to my E-KTP ID. Then I was asked to come to the KBB Disdukcapil. The question is; why this can happen, this causes chaos in taking care of everything from my communication with other people / people who should be connected to me. I now live according to the ID on the E-KTP. The photo of myself and the surrounding location was taken according to the current situation in September 2021. The photo was taken using my personal cellphone camera. It was immediately resolved because my name was already listed in the KBB Disdukcapil.

saya buat EKTP nomor urut 49 sedang nomor 70 dan 71 sudah beres... setelah komplain dan masuk ke pencetakan. Mohon maaf saya kasih bintang 1 ya...
2 jam lebih dari pengambilan data..
