It's fine, but you can use it. When you log in, enter the wrong username and password, even though they're correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantap urusan surat menyurat jadi lebih gampang walaupun terkadang aplikasi nya suka erorr tapi pelayanan nya cukup baik dan cepat
It's great that correspondence is easier, although sometimes the application crashes, but the service is quite good and fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gampang gampang susah..kadang ada respon kadang tidak..di tulisannya selesai.tapi dokumen nya tidak muncul di inbok email juga gk ada.kasihan tetangga saya mau bikin kk gk jadi" trs,klo punya saya alhamdulillah lancar" trus.kia anak pun diantar oleh kurir pos..trimakasih banyak ,jadi gampang buat sayamah
easy easy difficult..sometimes there is a response sometimes not..the writing is complete.but the document doesn't appear in the email inbox nor is it there.poor my neighbors want to make kk it doesn't work "thanks, if I have it, thank God it's smooth" then. delivered by postal courier.. thank you very much, so it's easy for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menunggu 2 minggu mengajukan pembuatan akta lahir dalam sistem SIDILAN tiba2 status selesai dengan tanpa ada satu pun dokumen yang bisa di download , kemudian tiba2 ada pengumuman bawa tidak ada kegiatan pelayanan online ataupun offlane karena ada migrasi sistem terpusat. sangat disayangkan jika SIDILAN ini hanya sekedar menjadi tameng pencitraan sesaaat. Semestinya petugas paham betapa susahnya mengumpulkan persyaratan kemudian tiba2 tidak ada harapan..salam negeri WAKANDA
Waiting 2 weeks to apply for a birth certificate in the SIDILAN system, suddenly the status is complete with no documents that can be downloaded, then suddenly there is an announcement that there will be no online or offlane service activities because there is a centralized system migration. It would be a pity if this SIDILAN was just a temporary shield for imaging. Officials should understand how difficult it is to collect requirements then suddenly there is no hope.. greetings to the country of WAKANDA
