★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hours of travel just to figure out that the service only open until 12 pm. Government doesn't care with people who lives far away. Not to mention that the officers barely smile

There was no information person/center so you have to cut the line if you have any questions. The waiting room was small so people had to stand up and cramp in front.
There were no numbers for queueing so you don't know the progress of your documents. The officers call your name to tell it's your turn. Oh, and there's also administration fee so you better prepare money.
Definitely needs a lot of improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they are need to build a new system about queue. In 2021 thy re still doing everything manually, so crowded, hectic, long queue, limited place. They r really need to change. I think they really have worse management and still dont make a changes.
