★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya lama bikin saya harus bolak balik, cuma minta tolong aktifin Kartu Keluarga di Online aja gabisa bisa, katanya disuruh nunggu 2 hari ini udah 2 minggu ga aktif juga!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini pada kerja ngga sih? KK saya ngga di update2, saya perlu buat NPWP tau ga!! Didatengin dilempar ke kelurahan, sampe kelurahan katanya disuruh WA aja dibales 2X24 jam. Udah di update tapi 1 org, woi kerja ya sekalian, update 1 KK bukan 1 orang biar ga bolak balik!!. Ga dicantumin no telp atau pelayanan aduan..
Is this at work? My KK hasn't been updated, I need to make a NPWP, you know !! Didatengin was thrown into the urban village, until the village was said to be told by WA to be rewarded for 2X24 hours. It's been updated but 1 person, let's work right away, update 1 family not 1 person so they don't go back and forth !!. The telephone number or complaint service is not included.

Sekarang..karena perlu cetak KTP ulang yg tulisannya mulai mengabur..oleh petugas halaman langsung di lempar ke kelurahan...alasannya sudah melayani banyak orang...hehehe...hanya bisa tersenyum sinis saya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan-nya ramah & informatif, untuk tempat tingginya nyaman, antrian berjalan dengan tertib (sistem antrian karcis).
Untuk tempat parkiran tidak terlalu luas, fasilitas umum lengkap (toilet, mushola, ruang bermain anak).
Semoga kedepannya selalu terjaga dan makin baik di segala hal.
The service is friendly & informative, for a comfortable high place, the queue runs orderly (ticket queue system).
For parking lots not too wide, complete public facilities (toilets, prayer rooms, children's play rooms).
Hopefully the future is always maintained and getting better at everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buruk,,buruk sekali,,sya ngurus perubahan data,ttl, dan nama yg kurang 1 hruf,tpi di bikin ribet dengan menyangsikan keabsahan akte kelahiran sya,,krna dr luar daerah.
Malah sya d sruh k dinas kependudukan propinsi untuk mengecheck apakah nama saya terdaftar atau gak sesuai dgn akte,,sama aja menganggap saya orang aneh dn menganggap akte sya akte palsu..
Udah di bikin ribet dengan akte Krn nama sya di akte tidak ada spasinya,,beda dengan ijasah yg ada spasinya,tidak bersambung 2 suku kata sekaligus..padahal namanya sama aja antara dia akte maupun ijasah,,malah di minta buku nikah yg asli,,
Terllu bertele2,,secara orang lain yg merubah data gak di persulit,tpi beda dengan sya hrus adu mulut dulu sama petugas loket baru dia mau proses perubahan data sya,dengan sya hrus menulis pernyataan di atas materei bahwa saya gak akan menuntut dispucapil atas perubahan data sya sesuai akte,,pdhal sya buru2 mengurus semuanya untuk keperluan perbankan sya..
Bad,, very bad,, I took care of changing data, ttl, and names that were less than 1 letter, but I made it complicated by doubting the validity of my birth certificate, because it was from outside the area.
In fact, I was sent to the provincial population office to check whether my name is registered or not according to the certificate, it's the same as thinking I'm a strange person and thinking my certificate is fake..
It's been complicated with the certificate because my name on the certificate doesn't have a space,, it's different from the diploma which has a space, it doesn't connect 2 syllables at once... even though the name is the same between the certificate and the certificate, even asking for the original marriage book, ,
It's too long-winded, it's not difficult for other people to change the data, but it's different from having to argue first with the counter clerk before he wants to process my data changes, I have to write a statement on the material that I will not demand a disclosure for data changes I'm according to the deed, even though I'm in a hurry to take care of everything for my banking needs..
