Pelayanan di puskesmas kecamatan setiabudi jakarta selatan sangat buruk dan tidak sesuai dangan visi-misi, karena ketika saya ingin mendaftarkan anak saya kelayanan MTBS ditolak, selaian itu penjaga loket lakilaki yang sangat tidak ramah serta marah-marah kesaya.
saya langsung mengambil tindakan utk lapor ke KAPUSKES akan tetapi tidak ada tindakannya.
saya hanya tidak ingin kejadian ini terulang kepada orang lain.
gimana mau melayani masyarakat kalo layanannya aja sangat buruk seperti ini.

Services at the Puskesmas Setiabudi sub-district, South Jakarta are very bad and not in accordance with the vision and mission, because when I wanted to register my child the MTBS service was refused, besides that the male counter guard was very unfriendly and got angry with me.
I immediately took action to report to the KAPUSKES but there was no action.
I just don't want this incident to happen to other people.
how do you want to serve the community if the service is so bad like this.

β β β β β Terdapat dua lantai untuk gedungnya, parkiran tidak begitu luas. Satpam ramah dan tanggap terhadap protokol covid 19. Posko informasi covid 19. Fasilitas seperti tempat cuci tangan di depan gedung pun sudah disediakan.
