★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat baik dan ramah. Sayang prosesnya masih lamban, saya mengajukan surat keterangan baru selesai 1 minggu. Padahal sistem pengajuan sudah online (OSS). Pegawai seperti tidak tahu kalau ada pengajuan yang masuk, saya harus telpon beberapa kali untuk di-approve. Seharusnya dengan adanya sistem tersebut semakin mempermudah dan mempercepat proses. Mungkin sistem notifikasinya bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Maju terus UGM ?
 The service is very good and friendly. Unfortunately the process is still slow, I submitted a certificate just finished 1 week. Even though the submission system is online (OSS). The employee seemed to not know if there was a submission, I had to call several times to be approved. This system should make it easier and faster to process. Maybe the notification system can be further improved. Keep moving forward UGM ?
