★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tgl 21 Juni 2018 sekitar jam 12.00 wib , saya mampir ke sini park Plaza kalibata di lantai 1 berhubung penuh saya ke lantai yg di Ground dgn tiket msk seharga Rp 30.000 saya bayar untuk anak pertma saya yg kelas 1 SD , kemudian saya di tegur sama SPG nya berjilbab

SPG " klo ga main duduk2 aj Bu ga ush k area klo main jg itu kena charge yg sama "

Alhasil mba nya tetp ngotot suruh byr klo ga duduk aja , saya bkn masalah tiket nya byr atau tdk tp koq ga ad kebijakan ya , dinopark itu kan bkn tempat bermain anak usia 1,5th umur segitu bs main apa sih , jujur ya saya kecewa sekali dgn omongan SPG nya , giliran saya cancel duit ga bisa balik , jd saya komplain ke management
Today, June 21, 2018 around 12.00 WIB, I stopped by at the Kalibata Plaza park on the 1st floor due to my full connection to the floor on the Ground with a ticket for IDR 30,000 I paid for my first child who was in grade 1 SD, then I was reprimanded with the SPG with a veil

I replied "Ma'am when I dinopark on the 1st floor it doesn't matter"

Dinopark isn't a place to play for 1.5 year olds, what can I play, to be honest I'm very disappointed With SPG's words, it was my turn to cancel the money and I couldn't return it, so I complained to management

Lots of mosquitoes, this is a playground or garden. Kyknya rarely cleaned. The lighting is not good

udah gitu aja, ga pake senyum, ga pake basa basi atau nanya apa gtu.
ampuun deh. lantai puzzle nya kotor bgt, arena bermain yg dr angin dah pd kempes, tmptnya ga ada musik yg d sukai anak2 (cm terdengar suara bising mesin).
semua staff yg kerja d sana kyknya ga ada yg suka sm anak kecil ya? mereka lewat dngn tatapan serem, pas anak2 selesai main pun mereka cuek aj.
selama saya ngajak anak main k arena seperti ini, baru kali ini ketemu sm tmpt bermain yg staff nya ga ramah sm anak kecil. biasanya kn mereka ngajak ngobrol, atau sekedar ngajak bercanda.
ga mau lg saya k sini.
The worst experience comes to play. Just got to the front, I asked
"if the child and the companion are 2, the cost is"
Jwbnya bitchy with a bitchy face really "same!"
That's all, I don't use a smile, don't use small talk or ask what that is.
oh well. The floor of the puzzle is really dirty, the playground which is drained from the wind is deflated, it seems that there is no music that kids like (cm you can hear the sound of the engine).
all the staff who work there don't seem to like small children right? they pass by with scary eyes, even when the kids finish playing they just ignore it.
As long as I invite children to play in an arena like this, this is the first time I have met you where you can play where the staff are not friendly to small children. Usually, they invite them to chat, or just to joke around.
I don't want to come here anymore.
