★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To enjoy the place, you need to come very early in the morning or during workdays. Forget coming on weekends, especially on Sunday. You'd struggle with the crowd. It's just too many. Facilities had better days. When coming with children, play close attention to the playground. Some of the facilities are rusted and potentially can cause harm.

I cannot wait when it is ready for public.

lots of trees to protect you from the sun and the trees are delightful to watch when the breeze passes through them.
there are plenty of seats around the park, there's a playground and exercising instruments.
the area around the park in general is full of shade and greeneries.
there are also plant merchants on the outside of the park.
Next up, what can be improved about the park:
the pathwalk has holes and damaged, it needs fixing so that people can walk/run with comfort.
the smell of the river is prevalent, and something has to be done in order to remove the smell.
I would definitely go here again.
