★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya cepat satset tanpa babibu wasweswos asal bawa kelengkapan berkas administrasi yang lengkap aja seperti Surat keterangan tidak mampu dari Desa, fotocopy KK, fotocopy KTP, fotocopy BPJS, Fotocopy Akta lahir atau surat keterangan lahir dari Desa, bawa bukti transaksi terakhir pembayaran iuran bulanan BPJS, dan kalo ditanya BPJS Kelas berapa, harus tau yesss. karena kalo BPJS kelas 1 dan 2 ngga bisa pindah dari mandiri jadi ke PBI. Ngga akan diurus katanya yaa. Semangaaat
