Udh ke kelurahan, katanya langsung kesini aja, okelah.
Trus masuk ke ruang informasi, di cek dulu kartu BPJS nya, kartu mana yang non aktif, trus minta foto kopi kartu keluarga, sama foto kopi kartu BPJS nya, sama foto kopi KTP.. aku pikir langsung akan aktif..
Ternyata nanti di hubungi lagi kalau surat nya udah jadi, dan ketika surat nya udah jadi, kita ambil lagi ke dinsos, lalu ke BPJS kesehatan yang di tanah sereal. Begitulah Proses nya.
