- Carry out research and development of agro-climatic and hydrological technologies for the utilization of climate and water resources and anticipate losses due to anomalous disasters and climate change to support food security.
-Producing scientific publications both nationally and internationally ranked.
-Disseminate the results of agro-climate and hydrological research by building synergistic collaborations with institutions at home and abroad.
