β β β β β Saran aja sih, nomer antrian seenggaknya ada yg jagain, atau kalo enggak pakein mesin supaya orang tidak bingung, udh lama nunggu, ternyata harus ambil antrian dulu
Just a suggestion, at least the queue number is guarded, or if you don't use the machine so people don't get confused, it's been waiting long, it turns out you have to take the queue first

1 month has not been verified for a birth certificate (simple online application) if you ask someone for help, it's fast. How does it work... not really OK..

β β β β β Pelayanan untuk pengambilan nomor antrean umumnya dibuka pukul 07.30 sampai pukul 14.00. Namun demikian yang sudah mengambil nomor akan dilayani sampai selesai. Kadang staf di konter banyak yang off / tutup meskipun jumlah konternya banyak. Pelayanan sangat ramah, baik petugas front officer, sampai ke bagian teknisi / staf per divisinya. Karena Dindukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan ini menempati gedung baru, tempatnya lumayan nyaman yang sudah dilengkapi dengan kursi antrean yang banyak serta dilengkapi dengan pendingin ruangan. Pengambilan nomor antrean pun sudah komputerisasi sehingga pengunjung hanya perlu menekan jenis layanan sesuai keperluan dan mengambil nomor antrean yang tercetak. Semoga koneksi internet/ jaringan untuk sistem online bisa lebih stabil sehingga tidak membuat penumpukan pengunjung.

Sometimes the staff at the counter are off / closed even though there are a lot of counters. Very friendly service, both front officer, to the technicians / staff per division. Because Dindukcapil in Pekalongan Regency occupies a new building, the place is quite comfortable which has been equipped with many queue chairs and is equipped with air conditioning. Taking the queue number is already computerized so visitors only need to press the type of service as needed and retrieve the printed queue number. Hopefully the internet / network connection for the online system can be more stable so that it does not create a buildup of visitors.

β β β β β Meskipun sudah diberlakukan pelayanan online melalui aplikasi, tapi implementasi masih kurang, karena masyarakat yg kurang tau sistem aplikasi "SIMPEL" Yg dikeluarkan oleh bupati Pekalongan

β β β β β Sekelas gedung pemerintahan ada tukang parkirnya, saran sih lebih baik gak usah. Kecuali kalo memang parkiran dalam penuh dan terpaksa parkir di luar. Semoga dibenahi lagi kedepannya

β β β β β Sebetulnya bisa gak si ngurus data data Via online semua , perasaan udah lebih dari 1 bulan ini aplikasi masih perbaikan mulu gak bisa di gunain sama sekali , sekalinya ngurus manual datang langsung ke kantornya pasti alasan nya system sedang perbaikan pak mohon untuk menunggu sampai batas waktu yang belum bisa di tentukan kan lucu , udah di bela belain pulang kampung ngurus dokumen dokumen eh malah sia sia , kerja nya ngapain aja di kantor apa kekurangan sdm atau emang lambat kinerjanya , masukan aja si staff nya jangan kebanyakan ngobrol kalau lagi kerja speed and service nya juga di perbaiki jadi mengurangi angka antrian yang numpuk dan lama
