★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagi yang pertama x mendatangi tempat ini, diharapkan agar membawa teman yg sudah pernah ke sini sebelumnya.
Parkirnya sulit dan lahan parkir sempit, datanglah pagi2 agar dapat tempat parkir. Atau naiklah kendaraan umum.
Pelayanannya ramah2 dan mereka memberi informasi yg amat luas dan gamblang. Karyawannya muda2 dan bersahabat.
Cukup puas minta data ke sini. Trims ya.

Parking is difficult and the parking lot is narrow, come early to get a parking space. Or take public transportation.
The service is friendly and they provide very broad and clear information. The employees are young and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masuk gedung ini bukan dari Pintu masuk Lobby gedung yg seperti kita lihat. Pintu masuknya ada di sayap kiri, cuma lorong kecil menuju lift.
Tidak ada meja resepsionis yg memadai buat tempat bertanya. Yg ada hanya meja security seperti meja dan kursi kelas tempat siswa bersekolah.
Setelah itu barulah kita diberitahu bila kita bertanya lantai tempat tujuan kita.tidak ada keterangan yg memadai dimana loket pelayanan itu berada. Yang ada hanya kertas hvs selembar yg ditempel bahwa bidang dimaksud ada di lantai sekian sampai sekian. Tapi tidak fokus lantai ruang pelayanan itu di lantai berapa... Maka yg mau datang kesini, sering seringlah bertanya daripada kita harus naik turun lift dan kesasar sasar masuk lorong lorong ga jelas.
Enter this building not from the Lobby Entrance of the building as we see. The entrance is on the left wing, only a small hallway leading to the elevator.
There is no reception desk that is adequate for a place to ask. There are only security desks such as desks and class chairs where students go to school.
After that, we are told if we ask the floor where we are going. There is no adequate information on where the service counter is located. There is only a sheet of hvs paper that is taped that the area in question is on the floor to such an extent. But it doesn't focus on what floor the service room is on ... So who wants to come here, we often ask questions rather than we have to go up and down the elevator and stray into the unclear hallway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bangun rumah hunian yg sedang urus imb diawasi ketat krn ada laporan wartawan/oknum gadungan. Sedangkan bangunan-bangunan dipinggir kali ciliwung dan DIJALUR HIJAU didiamkan tanpa ditindak. Dimana etika keadilannya?

the building already uses a gray water recycling system for flushing the toilet so it can save on clean water consumption.
