Pasien anda
Hari ini tgl 18 November 2017, saya sampai di ruang tunggu praktek anda jam 08.30, untuk mengambil nomor. Sy dpt nomor 64, sy tanya ke adm anda..kira2 jam berapa sy hrs berada di tempat. Adm anda ( laki2) usul..kira2 jam 13.30 bu...
OK.. untuk mengisi wkt dr jam 08.30 smp 13.30..sy keliling2 RS PIK.
Jam 14.00 sy kembali ke ruang tunggu praktek anda, untuk menunggu nomor giliran sy masuk ruang praktek anda.
Jam 14.30 berlalu..smp akhirnya jam 15.45 ( mungkin ) no. 63 dipanggil masuk ke ruang praktek anda. Kebetulan sy tau mba no. 63 krn sy dan mba no. 63 itu.. sambil nunggu giliran msk..sy dan mba no. 63 bicara mengenai penyakit.
Mba no. 63 msk ruang praktek anda..lalu jam 16.00 pasien anda di ruang satunya..keluar..seharusnya no. 64..nomor sy yg dipanggil masuk.
Tp entah ada apa gerangan..suster anda bukan manggil nomor sy..tp manggil orang lain untuk msk ruang praktek ..
Saya ya sdh nunggu dr jam 08.30 smp jam 16.00 sudah pasti sy MARAH besar.. seenaknya saja suster anda melangkahi nomor 64..yaitu nomor saya.
Sy tanya ke suster anda..entah siapa namanya..krn pd wkt itu sy sdh amat sangat marah..pertanyaan sy ke suster anda...*KENAPA NOMOR SY DILEWATIN..SEHRSNYA SY MSK KERUANGAN KOSONG ITU*
Jawab suster anda.. * NOMOR 64 DIRUANGAN INI..( sambil menunjuk ruangan yg msh dipakai no. 63 )*
Sy merasa heran..kenapa no. 64 hrs msk ke ruangan yg msh ada pasiennya..yaitu mo. 63. Sedangkan ruangan satunya..dia masukin orang lain..yg seharusnya sy yg msk ruangan itu.
Sy tanya sekali lg ke suster anda..
KENAPA NOMOR SY DI LEWATIN..
Jawaban suster anda sama.." NO. 64 ruangan nya yg ini.". sambil nunjuk ruangan yg msh ada pasiennya.
Dengan amat sangat marah..sy lempar nomor antrian sy ke dpn meja suster itu..sy bilang..INI NO. 64 SY TIDAK AKAN DATANG LAGI UNTUK BEROBAT KE SINI...SY SDH NUNGGU DR JAM 08.30 SMP JAM 16.00..TP WKT GILIRAN NOMOR SY..MALAH NOMOR SY DILEWATIN.
YANG JADI PERTANYAAN SAYA..
Apakah suster anda terima uang..untuk mendahului orang yg nomor antrian blm waktunya dipanggil ??? ( terima sogokan uang )
