★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hari ini saya meminta informasi jadwal dokter Gigi untuk besok (sabtu, 4 Jan 2020) . penerima tlpon yang menyebut dirinya Mbak Pur menjawab dengan sangat tidak ramah dan tidak jelas. ketika saya meminta beliau untuk mengulangi jam berapa dokter dini praktek di Hari Sabtu beliau dengan ketus bilang "lha itu tadi saya sebutin?!".
apakah salah saya pasien meminta informasi by phone? tolong yang model model begini jgan untuk melayani orang. bikin sewot aja.
today I request information on the dentist's schedule for tomorrow (Saturday, 4 Jan 2020). phone recipients who call themselves Mbak Pur answer very unfriendly and unclear. when I asked him to repeat what time the doctor practiced early on Saturday he curtly said "lha was that my routine ?!"
Is it wrong for me to ask for information by phone? please models like this do not serve people. just make me crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disarankan daftar by phone dulu aja biar sudah dapat nomor antrian pas datang. Ada dokter gigi dan dokter umum. Pelayanannya ramah, dokternya jg baik. Utk harga cukup terjangkau dalam di lingkungan komplek spt ini

Orangnya jutek ke anak kecil. Saya ga tau knp dia jutek parah sama anak kecil.
Bahkan sikapnya ga friendly, ga welcome ke anak saya yg baru umur 4 taun.
Anak saya diketusin.
Kapok lah berobat kesitu lagi klo pas jadwalnye dr devina.
Kalo dokter yg lain, lebih ramah dan enak ngomongnya.
Semoga lebih baik lagi pelayanannya.

People are rude to small children. I don't know why he is so bad at being a kid.
Even his attitude is not friendly, not welcome to my 4 year old son.
My child was sent.
It's okay to go there again if the schedule fits Dr Devina.
The other doctor is more friendly and easy to talk to.
