β β β β β Just passing by when i went to the golf course near by the hotel, the Sedana golf and country club which is now being rename to Palm Spring Golf.
So i can not write a FAIR review about the Hotel because of that reason, i should stay first.
But from a glance i thought that this hotel will be fit for any expectations.

β β β β β Good choice for family staycation. Short escape from daily routine near Karawang. Reasonable price for clean and spacious rooms, great facilities, delicious breakfast, and friendly and helpful staffs. There was a minor situation when we were check-in 1 jan 2022. Seemed like the hotel was fully booked the night before, new years eve. So the next day when we were check-in, some of the guests had to wait for a couple hours. But then the hotel gave all the guests a late check-out as a compensation. Me and family enjoy our staycation at Delonix. Couple days later, Mr. Hendrik, the F.O. Man. Called me to apologize for the check-in situation, and make an offer for our future stay, as a compliment. Thank you.
P.s. a little advice, I didn't manage to find a Qibla pointer in our room. It will be much helpful if the hotel could add one.

β β β β β 1st time stay at this hotel just for transit before we spent the new year eve with the grandparent at Loji. Love the strategic place, quiet, refreshing with all the green tree, the complete facilities inside the spacious room. Professional and helpfull staf in every part. Definetly will come back again for another staycation next time. My only concern is the parkir space. It's quiet challenging to find empty space during the peak season at this hotel. Probably u guys need to start provide vallet service? In my opinion... ??

β β β β β I stayed here for one night last week and I just love it. I booked the garden wing studio room. It was spacious, fully equipped with complete amenities, full size refrigerator, water heater, and a microwave. Nothing to complain about the room and the bathroom. The room even has a balcony, something you won't find at hotels in Jakarta.
The hotel also has an ofuro/onsen room. Nice and huge, I really had a good relaxation time there. The swimming pool isn't so big and only has a small section for children but I liked it that I spent quite a while there. There's also a convenient store at the hotel, no need to worry if you forgot to buy snacks or drinks.
I ordered in room dining twice for a late lunch and supper. Not so many varieties in the menu, but the price was reasonable and tasted quite delicious. Too bad the hotel has a no deposit policy when you check in, so you need to pay cash for everything you ordered from in room dining or the restaurant. Maybe it would be more convenient if the hotel has a deposit policy when checking in, so guest won't need to bring too much cash while staying. Breakfast were okay, it could be improved. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and definitely want to come back. For the next staycation I want to book the room at the golf wing because all the leisure facilities; ofuro, the swimming pool and the convenient store are located there.
