Well, if u'r looking for a kost for an air conditioner with water heater in it also close from ykpn, umby and upn universities then this is the place. But if u'r looking for a better place u could find a lot than this one. I've living here for almost 4 years and still, if u have a good mental health then u could try it. Good luck
