★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sengaja dateng jam 10.30 pagi untuk beli, dikasih tau jadinya sekitar 2,5 jam. Jam 1 ngambil udah ready. Setelah dicoba rasanya enak, dan penjualnya pun berkali-kali minta maaf karena untuk proses supaya makanannya ready, perlu waktu yg lama. Pas liat cara bikinnya juga jadi maklum kenapa lama, ditambah 1 pembeli bisa beli dengan jumlah yang banyak. Ada baiknya sebelum mutusin beli lebih baik siapin mental untuk nunggu, pahamin sistem jual belinya yang memang ga bisa cepat apalagi ready stock, jadi ga akan kecewa. Ga direkomendasiin untuk pembeli yang rumahnya jauh dari sini atau yang ga bisa sabar. Untuk yg rumahnya deket, sambil nunggu bisa pulang ke rumah dulu, kalo ga PPKM, bisa maen ke AEON mall dulu.
 Accidentally came at 10.30 am to buy, was told it would take about 2.5 hours. 1 hour pick up it's ready. After trying it, it tasted good, and the seller repeatedly apologized because the process so that the food was ready took a long time. When I saw how to make it, I also understood why it took so long, plus 1 buyer could buy in large quantities. It's better before deciding to buy, it's better to be mentally prepared to wait, understand the buying and selling system which can't be fast, let alone ready stock, so you won't be disappointed. Not recommended for buyers whose homes are far from here or who can't be patient. For those whose houses are close, while waiting to go home first, if you don't have PPKM, you can play at AEON mall first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dari kasirnya bener bener kurang baik. Dari awal baru pesen dikasih tau perkiraan kapan bisa diambil, saya bilang ok. Pas saya sudah pegang uang cash pecahan 100rb, dia bilang pembayaran harus cashless atau uang pas, saya akhirnya debit tp ternyata pas orang lain bayar masih bisa pake cash dan kembalian?. Udah sampe situ, saya tanya dua kali soal pesanan saya (karna sudah lumayan lama menunggu) sampe akhirnya selesai . Tp pas kelar kasirnya gamau kasih pesanan saya secara langsung ke saya, dan malah nyuruh pegawai yang lagi panggang trofflenya. Entah ada masalah apa dgn saya, saya merasa dorong dorongan kasih pesanan itu sangat tidak menghargai customer. Pelayanan terburuk yang pernah saya dapatkan.

I don't know what the problem is with me, I feel the urge to give the order doesn't really respect the customer. Worst service I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rasanya croffle nya enak... sayangnya untuk belinya masih susah banget pesan dari pagi datang langsung kesana, ternyata baru bisa dapat jam 6 sore, katanya bakal dikabarin lewat telfon kalo udah jadi, tapi ditungguin ga ditelfon2 ternyata pas kesana udah jadi, udah lewat 5 nomor antrian :’

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ satu satunya yang ga aku suka dari dear butter yaitu.. antriannya yang gak santai.. hahahahhahaa.. jangan tanya rasa deh.. nyium wanginya aja udah kemana mana pikiran.. aah.. seharum itu butternya.. ukurannya memang mini.. tapi rasa maxiii.. aku suka original.. jadi kalau pesan ga pernah pakai toping.. tapi pernah juga nyoba chedar nya enak jugaaa.. eh iya.. untuk dear butter hanya melayani take away yaa dear.. ga ada tempat buat makannya.. jadi pesan.. tunggu.. sabar.. masih nunggu.. oke.. bawa pulang deh.. nyaamm! mak jelentooss ?????
the only thing that I don't like about dear butter is.. the queue is not relaxing.. hahahahhahaa.. don't ask the taste.. just smell the smell, where is your mind.. aah.. it smells like butter.. the size is mini.. but maxiii taste.. i like original.. so if i order, i never use topping.. but i've also tried cheddar, it's delicious too.. uh yeah.. dear butter only serve take away ya dear.. there's no place to eat it.. so order.. wait.. be patient.. still waiting.. okay.. take it home... nyaamm! mak jelentooss
