Tapi mobil wulung almaz baru, berkali kali bermasakah AC. Tidak dingin, kalo posisi mobil berhenti sejenak. Hanya angin yg keluar.
Dealers and sellers are friendly.
But the Wulung Almaz car is new, many times with AC problems. Not cold, if the position of the car stops for a moment. Only the wind comes out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis yg ke 8 disini..karena dari awal aman2 aja,baru kali ini bermasalah dengan admin yang baru (perempuan)..10 menit setelah meninggalkan dealer langsung kelihatan ada goresan kaca dibagian dalam dengan adanya benturan benda tajam ditengahnya..singkat cerita dengan segala alasan yang diterangkan oleh admin, intinya mereka tidak mau tanggung jawab..jadi bagi yang servis disini harus benar2 teliti dan cek bareng semua kondisi mobil sebelum dan sesudah servis, karena tidak bisa dipercaya sekarang..jangan biarin admin cek sekedar muter2in kendaraan sendiri dan balik2 bilang ganti macem2 spare part,dengan admin sebelumnya kita ngecek bareng kondisi mobil,sembari diterangkan/kasih masukin untuk penggantian spare part..
Sama bila anda mempunya accessories tambahan mereka tidak mau pegang.. Tadi saya minta tolong untuk cek alarm tambahan yang tidak mw berbunyi, mereka membantu untuk pengecekannya..ternyata kabelnya putus..singkat cerita setelah mereka membantu menyambungkannya kembali adminnya dipanggil oleh mekanik dan dicomplen gara2 nyambungkan kabel doang..balik2 adminnya menyuruh kita kebengkel pemasangannya kalo ada masalah dengan accessories tersebut..
8th service here..because it was safe from the start, only this time there was a problem with the new admin (female)..10 minutes after leaving the dealer, there was a scratch on the glass on the inside with a sharp object collision in the middle..long story short with everything the reasons explained by the admin, basically they don't want to be responsible.. so those who service here must be really careful and check together all the conditions of the car before and after the service, because it can't be trusted now.. don't let the admin check just play the vehicle itself and go back and forth said to replace various spare parts, with the previous admin we checked together the condition of the car, while explaining / giving input for replacement spare parts..
Same if you have additional accessories they don't want to hold it.. I asked for help to check the additional alarm that didn't go off, they helped to check it.. it turned out that the cable was broken.. long story short, after they helped reconnect it, the admin was called by the mechanic and complied because of it. just connect the cable.. the admin tells us to go to the installation workshop if there is a problem with the accessories..
