1. Ketahui apa masalah di motor anda
2. Kalau ada keluhan laporkan
3. Tunggu antrian dan proses cek awal kondisi motor oleh teknisi. agar ketika ada problem bisa langsung di sampaikan.
4. Kalau hanya service full rutinan (tdk ada promblem bisa ditinggal saja).
5. Teknisi akan menjelaskan. jgn lupa jika ada hal yg musti di ganti kmu tanya yg mana yg harus segera, mana yg masih bisa di perbaiki, atau perkiraan brp lama (bulan) lagi part harus di ganti.
6. Bersifat kritis dan proaktif penting. agar tidak ada kecurigaan.
7. Selamat merawat motor kesayangan anda.

2. Teknisi ramah, pro aktif, dan berpengalaman

Service steps in my opinion:
1. Know what problems on your motorcycle
2. If there are complaints report it
3. Wait for the queue and the technician to check the initial condition of the motor. so that when there is a problem it can be conveyed immediately.
4. If only full routine service (no promblem can be left alone).
5. The technician will explain. Do not forget if there are things that must be changed and you ask which one should be done immediately, which one can still be repaired, or estimate how long (months) the parts must be replaced.
6. Being critical and proactive is important. so that there is no suspicion.
7. Happy caring for your favorite motorcycle.

Kecewa bgt sama pelayanannya…Saya orang sibuk yang gak punya waktu untuk dateng sendiri service motor…Saya suruh art saya, tapi ternyata harus saya datang sendiri dengan menunjukkan aplikasinya…
Better servicenya pake buku manual lagi aja daripada pake aplikasi malah bikin susah.

Very disappointed with the service…I'm a busy person who doesn't have time to come to service the motorbike myself…I ordered my art, but it turned out that I had to come myself by showing the application…
It's better to use the manual instead of using the application, it makes it difficult.

Ini berarti SOP pengiriman tidak dijalankan dengan benar!!! Apakah hanya lihat warna dan tipe saja saat pengiriman, sangat mengecewakkan apalagi saya beli lunas !!!
The service is poor, the motor knocks with another owner who takes the same type of motorbike. Fatal error and just sorry????
This means the shipping SOP is not executed properly!!! Do you only see the color and type when shipping, it's very disappointing, especially since I bought it in full !!!
