Untung saya nggak langsung turutin, pas saya ke cabang lain yg memang lebih bagus itu dibilang kalau yg di cabang ini sepertinya salah kasih info. Kaget sih, sekelas cs bisa salah kasih info ke nasabah yg hampir merugikan. What a bad service.
The information I get here is very different from other BRI branches. Luckily I didn't follow it right away, when I went to another branch which was actually better, it was said that the one in this branch seemed to have given the wrong information. I'm surprised, cs class can give wrong information to customers who are almost detrimental. What a bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ teller hanya satu, saya antre disini krena utk setor tunai di cb. bri kesehatan mesinnya rusak dan atm di alfa kesehatan juga rusak. BRI TOLONG DI TINGKATKAN !!!
There is only one teller, I queued here because to deposit cash at CB. bri the health of the machine is broken and the atm in alfa health is also damaged. BRI PLEASE IMPROVE !!!

kartu keblokir, mau ganti chips belum bisa, sms banking ditutup tanpa pemberitahuan, mobile banking sedang gangguan. ganti bank aja lah. service nya terlalu buruk
disappointing. the queue is a lot, the CS is active 1, the place is small.
card is blocked, want to replace chips can't yet, sms banking is closed without notification, mobile banking is in trouble. just change the bank. the service is too bad
