Actually they have an obligation to explain that to.me, with or without complaining. I do hope they'll do better n better everyday, I hate to loose pant n napkins, it's daily uses but still needed though. At this

It only takes around 80 minutes to get it done, but you would need another 30 minutes if you prefer to fold each and every single one like I do ?
They offer a membership package, where you need to pay for 10 times in advanced and get 2 free laundry as a bonus, which is quite a good deal!
