β β β β β Mau buat baju jadi bersih malah jadi kotor bahkan rusak.
Pertama celana, masuk laundry masih bagus keluar laundry udah mengkerut dan si laundry menyalahkan bahan jeans. Kalau usaha laundry harusnya tau dong jenisβ jeans.
Trus dress, kena noda kotor hitam karna gosong setrika. Si laundry justru nyalahin balik karna ga dipisahin baju putih dengan yg lain.
Intinya sih, si laundry ga mau disalahin dan ga mau bertanggung jawab, parahnua justru malah nyalahin pelanggan.
Kecewa banget sama laundry ini. bosnya juga sikapnya mengecewakan sekali. dia bilang ke costomer "mbak ini cemplain terus ya". dia bilang ke saya "mbaknya unik" . saya sebagi konsumen wajar lah kalau ada barang saya gk benar. kalau emang tidak ada masalah kan tidak complain. gk mau kasih bintang satu doang.

Really disappointed with this laundry. his boss was also very disappointing. he said to costomer "miss this, continue to be interested in it". he told me "his sister is unique". I am as a reasonable consumer if there are things I am not right. If there is no problem, don't complain. I don't want to give one star.

If employees donβt care about the mistakes their company makes and how they affect individuals theyβre not gonna be invested in positive change. :) empathy is something you can strengthen over time. Practice empathy with customers by asking more questions and mirroring their answers. No matter how difficult the situation, theyβll feel heard. I would give 0 if I could..

β β β β β It must be the worst laundry i have ever seen. My clothes weren't cleaned well and even they destroyed my t-shirt which was my favorite .
And one teerrible thing about this laundry is workers. OMG , i haven't seen as rude people as them. They don't do their business well and talk to people in a rude way.
