The queue is really long......almost 1 hour...you have to be informed at the beginning if the queue is long so it doesn't cause the customer to be disappointed....Can't be canceled on the grounds that the payment has been made....hadeuhh KAPOKKK buy it at the park sawangan the crepes

The waiter is only 1 person and it's slow, not just once or twice I got this order, please fix the service again and as soon as possible to serve CS, don't buy this, people give up because of the long service, please

PELAYANAN LAMA! dari awal gak dikasih tau, saya buru-buru jadi telat, di cancel gak boleh. awal pembayaran saya tanya masih pakai plastik? kasir jawab iya tanpa bilang kalau plastik bayar saya kira memang sdh include. pas makanan dikasih saya minta plastik baru bilang berbayar, apa gak ada logikanya saya pesan 3 crepes dan 3 minum gak pake plastik gimana bawanya? kompor ada 2 yang bikin 1 mbak2 aja dan lelet, 2 karyawan lain jaga kasir doang dan 1 lagi gatau deh ngapain. sayur dan beefnya dingin juga. asli baru kali ini saya nulis review gini saking kesel banget. tolong dong evaluasi lagi!!!
My complaint is the same as the other reviews. OLD SERVICE! I wasn't told from the start, I was in a hurry to be late, I couldn't cancel it. At the beginning of the payment, I asked, do you still use plastic? the cashier answered yes without saying that if the plastic was paid, I think it was already included. when the food was given I asked for plastic and said it was paid for, is there no logic in ordering 3 crepes and drinking 3 without using plastic, how do you bring it? There are 2 stoves that make 1 sis and it's slow, 2 other employees just take care of the cashier and 1 don't know what to do. the vegetables and beef are cold too. This is the first time I'm writing this review because I'm really annoyed. please re-evaluate!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk , dapet orderan disini lama bgt, gak kasian emangnya sama driver online, nunggu bisa sejam lebih, tolong diperbaiki, lagi karyawan 3 yg masak cuma 1 kalo bisa tambah 1 tungku lagi masa kalah sama crepes dipinggir jalan yg punya lebih dari 5 tungku masak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lama sekali, pesan dine in nunggu hampir 1 jam dan baru tau setelah terlanjur nunggu. Ga dikasih aba-aba awal mesen juga.
Entah pelayanan lelet atau memang banyak sekali antriannya.
Mau balik ketunda lebih dari 1 jam menunggu. Yang lain juga bolak balik menunggu pesanannya.
Please siapapun atasannya, tolong dicari tahu kenapa bisa seburuk itu pelayanannya.
The service is very long, ordering dine in waiting for almost 1 hour and only knowing after waiting. Wasn't given an early message too.
Either the service is slow or there are lots of queues.
Want to come back delayed more than 1 hour waiting. The others also went back and forth waiting for their orders.
Please whoever the boss is, please find out why the service can be that bad.
