★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manajemennya bagus ngajarin karyawannya "terima kasih" tapi lupa ngajarin "minta maaf" order mie telat lama banget sampe order tambahan dateng duluan.. komplain kenceng ke manajernya dan gak ada satupun kata minta maaf dari karyawan sampai si manajernya. Wewh....
Semoga jadi teguran buat ownernya.
The management is good at teaching the employees "thank you" but forgot to teach "sorry" the noodle order was too late until the additional order came first.. complained loudly to the manager and there wasn't a single word of apology from the employee until the manager. Wow....
Hopefully it will be a warning to the owner.
