★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually it was only 3. But it is just a transit-point. Another 1 more star added, was simply this point is the nearest point exiting the city towards Bandung, to the nearest toll-gate. Matters only, to those who valued time most, than starting the journey to Bandung from city's heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver is Helpful and Kind, senior customer service staff not so kind, it seem you need to add more staff/customer service since so many cars arrived at the same time. Since you add more service (cargo/courier), less space for passenger belongings, you have to figure out this problem, add roof rack maybe. It's 3.75 out of 5.
