★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekali lagi Maaf!!! Maaf! bukan saya mau menjelekkan! Boleh percaya boelh tidak. Yang jelas ini bukan rekayasa!!! Sekedar info bahwa Orang ini kerja tidaklah professional!!! Ok lah harga bisa lebih murah,.. akan tetapi Kepedulian kepada konsumen sangat buruk!!!! Atas saran seorang teman,. Saya datang ke tempat ini bermaksud baik memberi dia rezeki! Saya antar hardisk Seagate 1 TB 3.5” saya untuk direcovery data2 nya, karena saya ga ambil resiko mengerjakan sendiri!… Setelah dicek langsung oleh dia , di depan matanya langsung kerusakan / kondisi hadisk saya,.. Karena harddisk saya masih bunyi normal,… Tidak ada gejala kerusakan pada head / fisik!. Akhirnya terjadi kesepakan harga. Katanya, ga bisa buru2 dicek minimal 2/3 hari, karena banyak kerjakan, katanya ditinggal saja dulu !!!
Setelah 3 hari saya telpon2 ga diangkat2x! Saya WA ga dibalas…!!! Akhirnya ke hari ke 5/6 harddisk saya ambil lagi karena kecewa, saya bungkus rapi dengan plastik busa diitambah yang dilapisi dengan baju saya, dimasukkan dalam tas dengan rapi!
Kesesokan hari nya hardisk saya bermaksud antar ke tempat recovery data lain. Sebelum berangkat saya cek kondisi terakhir harddisk saya. Ternyata harddisk saya sdh ada bunyi ketak ketek! Berapa hari kemudian saya Tanya kenapa kok harddisk saya kenapa jadi bunyi ketak ketek padahal awalanya tidak! Padahal terakhir dicek di depan mata dia langsung tidak ada bunyi ketak ketek!? Katanya, bahwa itu hardisk beum di apa apin! Ini sungguh aneh!!!!
Orang ini tetap tetap ngotot kaalu harddisk saya blm diapain! Malah menyalahkan saya, katamya mungkin harddisk nya sudah jatuh! Saya bilang, harddisk ga jatuh ada di ats saya dibungkus dengan busa dan kain saya di dalam tas! Astaga! dikira saya orang bodoh! Coba logika normal aja! Ga mungkin harddisk saya sdh nginap di tempat dia selama lebih dari 2 hari / berhari2 kok belum diapa apakan! Sangat aneh!!! Asumsi saya harddisk saya sdh dicoba2 atau diutak atik atau sengaja dirusak karena sentiment dengan saya!!!! OK. Saya tahan emosi walaupun sangat kesal dengan orang ini!! Sbg rasa tanggung jawab, saya minta dikerjakan dengan kesepakatan biaya yg sudah deal sesuai pengecekan terakhir, bahwa harddisk saya tidak ada bunyi ketak ketek awalnya!!!
Hari berlaku, seminggu lebih, sialan!!!! Ternyata harddisk saya ga dikerjakan sama sekali,…Akhirnya hardisk saya ambil.
Saya sangat kecewa dengan orang ini!!! Dengan pola2 kerjanya yang sangat tidak professional!!! Saya bisa aja menuntut orang ini ke meja hijau, karena mengecewakan saya, justru yang ada merusak barang yang saya percayakan! Tetapi masih saya tahan emosi saya!!!!
Kesimpulannya:
1.Sekali lagi! Orang ini bekerja sangat tidak professional!! !!!
2.Banyak menyepelekan orang!!! kerjaan tidak ada yang beres!!!!
3. Tidak ada Kepedulian kepada konsumen !!! Ditelpon tidak diangkat2 apalagi di WA tidak dibalas2!!!
4. Komitmen kerja berantakan!!! Tidak mau bertamggung jawab kalau berbuat kesalahan!!!
Semoga ini sebagai kritikan keras untuk memperbaiki pelayanannya! Semoga menjadi pengalaman berharga buat kita semua!!!
Once again I am sorry!!! Sorry! I don't want to offend! Can you believe it or not. Obviously this is not engineering!!! Just info that this person is not working professionally!!! Ok, the price can be cheaper, but the concern for consumers is very bad!!!! On the advice of a friend, I came to this place with good intentions to provide him with sustenance! I took my Seagate 1 TB 3.5” hard drive to recover the data, because I don't take the risk of doing it myself!… After being checked directly by him, in front of his eyes the damage / condition of my hard drive was immediately obvious,.. Because my hard drive still sounded normal,… No there are symptoms of damage to the head / physical!. Finally there was an agreement on the price. He said he couldn't check it in a minimum of 2/3 days, because he was doing a lot of work, he said just leave it alone!!!
After 3 days I called 2x no pick up! I WA not answered...!!! Finally, on the 5/6th day, I took my hard drive again because I was disappointed, I wrapped it neatly with foam plastic plus it was lined with my clothes, neatly put in a bag!
The next day my hard drive intends to take it to another data recovery place. Before leaving I checked the last condition of my hard drive. It turns out that my hard drive already has a squeaky sound! A few days later, I asked why my hard drive made a squeaky sound when it didn't at first! Even though the last time he checked before his eyes, there was no squeaky sound!? He said, that the hard drive has not been in anything! This is really weird!!!!
This person still insists that I haven't done anything about my hard drive! Instead blame me, he said maybe the hard drive has crashed! I said, the hard drive didn't fall on top of me wrapped in foam and my cloth in the bag! Good grief! thought I was a fool! Just try normal logic! There's no way my hard drive has been staying at his place for more than 2 days / how come I haven't done anything yet! Very strange!!! My assumption is that my hard drive has been tested or tampered with or intentionally damaged because of sentiments with me!!!! OK. I can't hold my emotions even though I'm very upset with this person!! As a sense of responsibility, I ask that it be done with a fee agreement that has been agreed according to the last check, that my hard drive has no squeaky sound at first!!!
Valid day, over a week, damn!!!! It turned out that my hard drive wasn't working at all,…Finally I took my hard drive.
I'm so disappointed with this guy!!! With very unprofessional work patterns!!! I could just sue this person to court, because it disappointed me, it was the one who damaged the things I trusted! But still I hold my emotions!!!!
In conclusion:
1.Once again! This person works very unprofessionally!! !!!
2. Many underestimate people!!! work is not right!!!!
3. No Concern for consumers !!! Called, not picked up, especially in WA, not answered!!!
4. Commitment to work is messy!!! Don't want to be responsible if you make a mistake!!!
Hopefully this is a harsh criticism to improve the service! Hopefully it will be a valuable experience for all of us!!!
