★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse online shopping experience. Ordered cooler master case through their online shop, only to be respond 3 days later saying that is out of stock. Clearly website said it has stock and i had already paid, note that this sold by bhinekka itself not by third party. Waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One-stop IT retail store, it also brews great coffee, you'll be able to smell the warm-soothing coffee aroma once you walk inside the store with comfy seating arrangement which are usually occupied for meeting places.. Great Job Bhinneka!

Why 2 stars because they're authorized lenovo service center.
They told me to change my motherboard while the only thing that's broken is my power brick (which I've politely ask them to check the power brick first).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a unique office, on 1st floor they have coffeshop and product display, in 2nd floor they have several meeting room, it's very unique and cozy. Their employees also so warm. Only one minus thing, their parking area is so limited, but the parking man very helpful. If you have meeting appointment, better you use taxi online

Not only selling electronic stuff, they're also selling some music instruments such as guitar, piano, and drum.
