★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makin kesini sebenernya cakenya semakin moist dan cukup enak, tapi sayangnya pelayanannya sangat gak friendly (ga ramah) sangat cuek bahkan pernah ditinggal mondar-mandir tanpa ngasih tau mau apa dulu, ngobrol sambil main hp, atau bahkan sibuk main hp sendiri, ditanya pun ga ramah, jawabnya sangat seadanya "ya lihat ajah itu" atau ga bisa jawab clingak clinguk (i think knowledge about the products are totally important, untuk mengedukasi customer) atau pernah pas butuh cake mendadak kita udah mondar mandir ngejer cake krn di toko pertama katanya dri tadi ga dianter-anter akhirnya disaranin dateng ke toko yg ada produksinya, begitu sampai trus mereka ga mau kasih krn alesannya mau dikirim dan kita suruh nunggu + ngikutin mereka ke toko sebelumnya yg udah kita datengin (jujur sorry banget cukup mengecewakan dengan perlakuan staff toko) ini customer loch bukan mainan (seberapa pun harga product yg dibeli, mereka tetap pembeli). Saya gak tau apakah ini hanya kebetulan saya (bukan sekali atau dua kali saya kesini) atau juga sama kepada customer lain, jika pihak yg bertanggung jawab atas service customer membaca semoga diperbaiki. Thanks
The more you come here, the cake actually gets more moist and tasty enough, but unfortunately the service is very unfriendly (not friendly), very ignorant, even being left walking around without telling me what to do first, chatting while playing cellphone, or even busy playing on your own cellphone, even being asked or not friendly, the answer is very simple "yes look at that" or can not answer clingak clinguk (i think knowledge about the products are totally important, to educate customers) I was not queued up, finally I was advised to come to a shop that had production, so they didn't want to give it because the reason was for it to be sent and we told them to wait + follow them to the previous shop that we came to (honestly, really, really quite disappointing with the treatment of the shop staff) This loch customer is not a toy (no matter the price of the product purchased, they are still buyers). I don't know if this is just my coincidence (not once or twice I have been here) or the same for other customers, if the party in charge of customer service reads, hopefully it will be fixed. Thanks
