★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the service during fasting period. We knew everyone is busy with Food serving but waiting list of customer cannot be denied as well. There is no clear mechanism for the waited customer, every waiter/es said will be recorded and assisted but in actual the customer wasn’t cared for, even they were not listening.
For your improvement please train your front end waiter/es how to manage customer.
