★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya oke-oke aja. Sekali Pas buka puasa disitu yallah datang masih sepi. Dapet makanan sesudah adzan. Yang layanin mas2 training mungkin seragam item putih. Kecewa deh.
Pesen nasi putih gak datang2, pas bilang lagi dibawain. Pas bayar hitungannya 2 nasi?
 It's usually okay. Once Pas iftar there yallah come still quiet. Get food after the call to prayer. Those who serve the mas2 training may be white items uniform. I'm disappointed.
Order white rice, don't come, just say you're brought it. Pas pay the calculation of 2 rice?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 21/6/19 sekitar jam 5 sore, saya bersama istri & 2 anak makan di Bakmi Mania Metland Cileungsi. Pesan Gurame goreng tepung, cumi tepung, cah kangkung, french fries, 3 minuman khusus & 2 mineral water. Saat pesanan tiba, kami langsung makan, anak kami yg kecil (6thn) langsung komplain...papa ga enak...ga ada rasanya, si kaka pun bilang....iya ga enak banget. Saya & istripun coba gurame, cumi + kangkungnya hambar, plain ga ada rasa sama sekali, tidak ada rasa bumbunya sama sekali...parah...jadi ga selera makan padahal sebelumnya laper banget.
Pelayanannya juga parah, cuek, masa bodo. Kalo memang bakmi mania ga bisa masak menu lain, jangan dicantumkan menu diluar mie. Kokinya diambil asal2 ya, ga ditraining ya...parah... Lebih enak masakan seafood tenda pinggir jalan.
Heran...permintaan maaf ke customer sama sekali tidak ada padahal sudah komplain. Kami malah diliatin dan bisik2 diomong-omongin sama sesama karyawannya sambil ngeliat dan nunjukin ke karyawan lain tentang kami yang lagi komplain. Kapok ... Kapok..kapok...sampai kapanpun tidak akan pernah lagi makan di bakmi mania manapun.
Semoga pemilik usaha ini segera respon & segera memperbaiki layanannya yang bobrok.
6/21/19 around 5 pm, I was with my wife & 2 children eating at Bakmi Mania Metland Cileungsi. Order fried fried Gurame, flour squid, water spinach, french fries, 3 special drinks & 2 mineral water. When the order arrives, we eat right away, our little boy (6years) complains right away ... doesn't feel good ... there's no feeling, the kaka says ... yeah it's not really good. I & I like to try carp, squid + spinach is bland, plain there is no taste at all, there is no taste of the spices at all ... bad ... so it doesn't taste like it was actually very hungry.
The service is also severe, indifferent, bodily period. If indeed noodles can not cook other menus, do not include menus outside the noodles. The chef was taken from the origin, not trained ... bad ... More delicious seafood cuisine on the roadside tent.
Wonder ... apologies to the customer did not exist even though they had complained. We were even intrigued and whispered and talked to fellow employees while looking and pointing to other employees about us who complained again. Kapok ... Kapok..kapok ... until whenever you will never eat any bakmi mania.
Hopefully this business owner will immediately respond & immediately improve his dilapidated service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25/12/19. Pelayanannya kurang bagus,makanan yg disajikan lama sekali. Setengah jam saya nunggu,baru diantar pesenanan saya itu pun baru satu pesanan,sedangkan saya mesan 5 menu tapi tak kunjung datang. Untuk manager nya tolong usahakan lebih baik lagi terimakasih

Hanya saja pelayanannya lama. Pesan 3 menu jarak per pesanan lama. Jadi satu selesai makan yang lain blm keluar2. Tisu juga tidak siap di meja, alhasil kudu nyari pelayan untuk minta tisu. Tolong di tingkatkan lagi.
Food taste good, price is cheap, good place.
It's just that the service is long. Order 3 distance menus per long order. So one finished eating, the other didn't come out. Tissue is also not ready on the table, as a result I have to find a waiter for a tissue. Please improve again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama dan terakhir cobain makanan disana. pesan Chicken noodle yg dateng Chicken noodle dengan cabe rawit yang buanyak! ditanya sampe 2x saya suruh tunjukin mana kata pedas dan jawabannya Chicken noodle memang lebih pedas drpada hot and spicy? what?? di menu gak ada tulisan chicken noodle itu pedas!
tolong itu pegawai2 perempuannya suruh kerja yg bener! kalau memang salah kasi input orderan, mengakulah!
First and last try the food there. Order Chicken noodle which comes Chicken noodle with lots of cayenne pepper! asked until 2x I was told to show you which word is spicy and the answer is Chicken noodle is indeed more spicy than hot and spicy? what ?? on the menu it doesn't say chicken noodle is spicy!
please order the female employees to do a proper job! if it is wrong to give the order input, admit it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman untuk makan berkelompok atau sekeluargaml. Pelayanan juga bagus dan ramah terhadap customer. Untuk makanan lumayan enak dan harga pas dijangkau. Ada ruangan indoor dan outdoor jadi yang merokok bisa ambil tempat di luar. Untuk kebersihan ttp terjaga. Tingkatkan.
The place is comfortable to eat in groups or all around. The service is also good and friendly to the customer. Food is pretty good and the price is right. There are indoor and outdoor rooms so those who smoke can take places outside. For cleanliness it is maintained. Increase
