masang AC 12 biji, tukang cm 1. oke gpp lama kelar saya jg ga butuh buru2

pasang ac disni, dr di pakai ga lama 3bulanan bocor hebat. trnyata tukangnya pas pasang robekin pipa dan ngawur, ampe bkin plafon org bocor, smpt d betulin acnya itupun stlh ribetttt panjang, dan dibiarin gantung bsa kena kepala org klo ambruk. akhirnya stlh debat d bantu pasang dan akhirnya panggil tukang sendiri u/ rapihin dan cat plafon.
bbrpa bulan lg bocor lagi & lagi cape kan.
dr pasang ac baru ampe plafon rusak

pas mnta cek kenapa bocor tb2 dsuruh bayar 75.000 tanpa ada koordinasi biaya, tb2 tagihan muncul
katanya sudah selayaknya
bayar si bayar ga mslh cm enaknya kan dksh tau biayanya kalau cek aja sharga 75rb
FYI, ini teknisinya ckup jalan kaki krn saya tetangga.

teknisi dtg juga suka2 ga koordinasi klo dtg surprise.

akhirnya tukang dia sendiri dtg dan mengakui kalo 2 ac saya pipanya sudah kondensasi
pdahal pemakaian d bawah 1 thn padahal dan beli baru merek Gree, walau d pasang pas 1thn 2bln.
dimana rata2 klo pipa kondensasi bysa krna umur 5thnan
tanya tukang AC lain, mereka bngung kenapa kok bsa kondensasi, pdahal ac baru
mereka selalu rekomendasiin u/ tny ke yg pasang
ternyata ini
kemungkinan dikasih PIPA BEKAS dong ktnya
ATAU emg tukang yg pasang ngerobekin besar tanpa tanggung jawab.

kalau disuruh pilih, tau gtu jangan disni ?
FYI transaksi saya dsni 42jutaan++ pas awal
dan jawaban mereka, cuma "Maaf Bu acnya g ada masalah masih dingin ...yg masalah d pipanya bawaan pabrik Bu tp selama ini konsumen pake g masalh y baru ibu sj yg ngalamin seperti ini"
cukup menjawab ya.
intinya saya dsuruh beli pipa baru 20m (kira2 2jutaan)
yg pasangin AC dan barang saya semua dr beliau
saya udh cukup deh pasang dan betulin dsni
ga menjawab, ga ada solusi selain bocor tiada akhir.
dan biaya lagi
saya tidak berminat menjelekan. karena biar yg lain ga dirugikan, saya cek bintang d google 3.6 sblm saya review ini.

install the ac here, it hasn't been used for 3 months, it's leaking big. It turned out that the repairman, when he installed it, tore the pipe and it was inconsequential, causing someone's ceiling to leak, while repairing the air conditioner after a long time, and leaving it hanging, it could hit someone's head if it collapsed. Finally, after the debate, I was helped to install it and finally called the handyman himself to clean and paint the ceiling.
It's been a few months since it leaked again & I'm tired.

even though the use is under 1 year and bought a new Gree brand, even though it was installed for 1 year 2 months.
where is the average if the condensation pipe can be done because it is 5 years old
ask another air conditioner, they are confused why can condensation, even though the air conditioner is new
they always recommend to those who install it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service AC paling jelek yang pernah saya alami. abis service AC rusak, dari outdoor ga tidak nyala, setelah dibenerin ulang, indoor AC bocor.
Service AC unit kedua, swing jadi tidak menutup dengan rapat ketika dimatikan, akhirnya pas dinyalakan pun, swing mengarah terlalu bawah, akhirnya pakai gagang sapu untuk menaikkan swing manual.
Kalau saya lihat ini sudah beberapa review jelek service AC disini.
JANGAN SERVICE AC DI TOKO INI.
The worst AC service I have ever experienced. after service the AC was broken, from the outside it didn't turn on, after it was repaired, the indoor air conditioner leaked.
The second AC service unit, the swing didn't close tightly when it was turned off, finally when it was turned on, the swing was pointing too low, finally using the broom handle to raise the manual swing.
If I see this, there have been some bad reviews of AC service here.
DO NOT SERVICE AC IN THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service jelek skali. cuci ac malah ac nya rusak. dimnt cek ulang rusak kenapa banyak alesan intinya lepas tanggung jawab. ditelp berkali2 cm mengelak ga da tanggung jawabnya. niat cm mau cuci malah jd rusak ac ??♀️??♀️??♀️
