★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoshinoya is a famous Japan’s No1 Beef Bowl but they also offer chicken bowl with economic price. The taste and quality of the food is above average and the price is comparable to Hoka Hoka Bento. The place has large sitting area compare to typical outlet in Japan so it is nicer place to hang out with friends and families. This is one of my most favourite restaurant in Summarecon Mal Serpong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite Japanese fast food restaurant. I always love to eat in Yoshinoya - SMS since the day they just opened in this mall. My favourite menu here is chicken karaage set menu with free-flow ocha. The chicken karaage is so crispy on the outside and the meat is so juicy, served with warm rice and salad with mayo sauce. Their popular menu is the beef rice bowl. I love the beef rice bowl with the various sauces I can choose. The price is considered cheaper compared with other Japanese fast-food restaurants. Especially, the ocha is free-flow here so I always love to come here whenever I want to have some drink. And, unlike other popular Japanese fast-food restaurants, Yoshinoya served with not so small portion size. I always find that other restaurants serve in smaller portion size. Additionally, the food here is halal certified.
The restaurant is very comfortable. I always love to sit inside the restaurant near the window as it is very quiet there and I can see the panorama outside. The staff are very friendly and always serve with a smile. Another thing is Yoshinoya has a kids menu that I believed many will like this menu as you can get toys from the machine in front of the restaurant.
Pandemic conditions:
This restaurant follows the health protocol. There's a glass barrier between the customers and the cashiers, the cashiers are wearing masks, and if you pay with cash, they put the change inside a plastic.
