★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pakai jasanya untuk hanya bersihin ac.
Setelah dibersihin ac rusak. Kompresor ga mau idup. Komplen dulu baru teknisi datang lagi. Katanya longgar kunci di kompresor. Rusak lagi setelah 1 hari, harus memaksa dulu baru datang teknisi. Periksa lama katanya rusak sensornya dan jadi bocor netes netes acnya. Ini sebelum dibersihin ac saya ga ada masalah loh, abis diberaihin malah jd merembet kemana mana. Katanya teknisi mau laporan ke bosnya untuk info perihal sensor. Udah 2 minggu ga ada kabar.

After cleaning the air conditioner is broken. The compressor won't turn on. Komplen first before the technician comes again. They say the lock is loose in the compressor. Broken again after 1 day, had to force first to come a technician. Check for a long time he said the sensor is broken and so leaky net ac. Before I cleaned this air conditioner, I didn't have any problems, after getting cleared, I spread it everywhere. He said the technician wants a report to his boss for info about sensors. Already 2 weeks there was no news.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panggil teknisi dari perusahaan ini krn ac tidak menyala. Menurut teknisi pcb dan kompresor rusak disarankan ganti baru dgn cara tukar tambah. Keesokan harinya panggil teknisi resmi dari daikin service center, ac masih bagus dan menyala kembali tanpa ada parts yg diganti dan hanya membayar biaya visit saja sebesar Rp 110 000,-.
Call a technician from this company because the ac is not working. According to the pcb technician and damaged compressor, it is recommended to replace it with a new one by way of trade-in. The next day, call an official technician from Daikin service center, the ac is still good and turns on again without any parts being replaced and only paying a visit fee of Rp. 110 000,-.
