Less communicative and only concerned with money so they don't want to accept it if they only service to clean the air conditioner without the contents of freon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak professional. Sudah bikin janjin dari jam 11 dan setuju mengiyakan, jam set 12 minta atur ulang jadwal jadi jam 12 , masih tidak datang sampe set 1 , dan baru menginfokan tidak bsa datang siang minta ubah jadi sore.
Unprofessional. Already made a promise from 11 o'clock and agreed to say yes, set 12 hours ask to reset the schedule to 12 o'clock, still did not arrive until set 1, and only informed not be able to come in the afternoon asking to change to evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teknisinya penipu, says tidak ada di lokasi yg AC nya di Benerin. Setelah says transfer biaya perbaikan, awalnya tagihan 1.275 juta, saya tawar JD 1 juta. Ternyata setelah di konfirmasi dengan tenant Dan orang maintenance apartemen tidak seperti apa yg di tagihkan. Plafon rusak, sampai tenant saya yg orang UK bilang berapa tidak profesional, ngrusakin plafon malah terasa.
The technician is a fraud, says there is no location where the air conditioner is in Benerin. After saying the transfer of repair costs, initially the bill was 1.275 million, I offered JD 1 million. It turned out that after being confirmed with the tenant and the apartment maintenance person, it was not like what was billed. The ceiling was damaged, until my UK tenant said how unprofessional it was, damaging the ceiling felt even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya memesan jasa ini, karena jasa AC yg biasa saya pakai sedang berhalangan. Kendala yg sama alami adalah AC tidak dingin sama sekali ketika dihidupkan.
Adminnya Wanya cukup cepat dan rensponsif ketika saya melakukan pemesanan jasa. Teknisinya datang pagi, kemudian langsung mengecek unit ACnya. Baru dicek sebentar, teknisi langsung menyampaikan bahwa tindakan yang perlu adalah harus melakukan isi preon, dan menyebutkan harga jasa yg cukup mahal, jauh berbeda dgn jasa2 service AC yg biasa saya pakai.
Karena harga lumayan berbeda jauh, saya menolak untuk mengisi preon dan hanya setuju untuk melakukan tindakan cuci AC. Pencucian AC yang dilakukan sangat sebentar sekali, tdk sampai 5 menit dan ketika AC dihidupkan, masih sangat panas. Melihat teknisi ogah2an, saya malas berdebat, dan akhirnya mereka pun pulang.
Sorenya karena tdk tahan, akhirnya saya memanggil jasa servis AC lain, dan langsung meminta untuk isi preon, dan menjelaskan paginya saya sudah melakukan tindakan cuci AC dgn jasa servis AC ini. Ketika teknisi dari jasa service AC lainnya datang, mereka heran, karena AC saya masih kotor sekali, bahkan unit AC outdornya tdk dicuci sama sekali.
Kemudian mereka juga menjelaskan bahwa tindakan isi preon tdk perlu dan menjelaskan hal2 apa yg menjadikan patokan kapan AC harus isi preon.
Dari pengalaman tersebut, saya harap agar Glagah Servis AC bisa lebih jujur dan bertanggungjawab dalam memberikan jasa. Dan agar calon konsumen lebih bijak dalam memilih layanan penyedia servis AC.

I ordered this service, because the AC service that I usually use was unavailable. The same natural obstacle is the AC is not cold at all when it is turned on.
The admin Wanya is quite fast and responsive when I make a service order. The technician came in the morning, then immediately checked the AC unit. Just checked briefly, the technician immediately said that the necessary action was to fill the preon, and stated that the service price was quite expensive, much different from the AC service that I usually use.
Because the prices are quite different, I refused to fill the preon and only agreed to do the AC washing action. The AC washing was carried out very briefly, less than 5 minutes and when the AC was turned on, it was still very hot. Seeing the technicians refusing, I was lazy to argue, and finally they went home.
In the afternoon because I couldn't stand it, I finally called another AC service service, and immediately asked to fill the preon, and explained that the next morning I had done the AC washing action with this AC service. When technicians from other AC service providers came, they were surprised, because my AC was still very dirty, even the outdoor AC unit was not washed at all.
Then they also explained that the act of filling the preon was not necessary and explained what things were the benchmark when the AC had to fill the preon.
From this experience, I hope that Glagah AC Service can be more honest and responsible in providing services. And so that prospective consumers are wiser in choosing the services of an AC service provider.
