★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admin teleponnya (Mbak Fega) sangat baik, helpful dan komunikatif. Karena jumlah karpet saya lumayan lalu dibuatkan janji untuk penjemputan. Pak Robert dan satu asistennya datang menghitung dan mengepak bawa karpet2 saya dengan teliti. Saya dijelaskan proses yang akan dilakukan pada karpet2 yang berbeda2 jenis, lalu dicatatkan semua item di aplikasi service nya di hp. Muncul total pembayaran nantinya dan diperlukan DP sebelum karpet dibawa yang saya bisa bayar secara transfer apabila tidak sedia cash di rumah. Sesuai penjelasan dan update proses pengerjaan di aplikasi tadi, semua karpet saya selesai setelah 1 minggu untuk pengeringan yang sempurna. Karpet diantar kembali dalam gulungan dan bungkus plastik yang rapi (pelunasan ditransfer saat pengantaran karpet tsb). Semoga nanti saat karpet dibuka kalau sudah akan dipakai, bisa dilihat hasilnya yang semoga memuaskan. So far, saya senang dan recommend pembersihan karpet disini yaa... Oh ya, waktu dijelaskan, Pak Robert juga menjelaskan bahwa mereka juga bisa mengerjakan pembersihan alas matras tempat tidur dan perawatan sepatu kesayangan menjadi kembali seperti barang baru.
The telephone admin (Mbak Fega) is very kind, helpful and communicative. Because the amount of my carpet is quite large, an appointment was made for a pick-up. Mr. Robert and one of his assistants came to calculate and pack my carpets carefully. I explained the process to be carried out on different types of carpets, then all items were recorded in the service application on the cellphone. The total payment will appear later and a down payment is required before the carpet is brought which I can pay by transfer if no cash is available at home. According to the explanation and update of the process in the application, all my carpets were finished after 1 week for perfect drying. The carpet is returned in rolls and neat plastic wrap (payment is transferred at the time of delivery of the carpet). Hopefully later when the carpet is opened when it will be used, you can see the results which are hopefully satisfactory. So far, I'm happy and recommend cleaning the carpet here... Oh yeah, when explained, Mr. Robert also explained that they can also do the cleaning of bed mattresses and maintenance of your favorite shoes back like new things.
